Wanted a cheap room as driving through Brisi. Called and booked direct and was cheaper than online. Complimentary drink Voucher was a bonus! Check in with Sarah was wonderful she was charming and so kind.
Very modern room (studio queen). All amenities except tissues. Great Vietnamese restaurant next door.

Only issue was it was so noisy outside the door early hours can very clearly hear people chatting outside the rooms in hallways. Shame no sound proofing.
Otherwise good stay.

It’s the night of November 22, 2024, and I’m writing this review because I can’t sleep. The Back Room Brisbane, a live music venue, is just downstairs from the hotel rooms, and the music has been blasting from 7 PM to midnight. On top of that, people are shouting loudly downstairs, making the situation even worse. The noise is so bad that I can hear every beat clearly in my room, and the floor is shaking. To make matters worse, the hotel didn’t notify guests about the event or provide earplugs. This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!

Wonderful stay during our trip last month. It was raining and we booked here. The room is very clean, cozy and have a nice sleep. The view outside is nice while drinking coffee in the morning.

Nice room with comfy bed. Close to Hospital, this was my reason for booking here. Only issue is the room I was in was very noisy with traffic noise. But....concidering the excellent price it was acceptable. Nice Thai restaurant nearby. All in all...pretty good.

The outside looks bleak but once you get into the hotel it's very nice. We stayed in the 2 bd apartment which was large, clean, and comfortable. We were very happy and would definitely stay again. The staff were very nice and professional.

Wendy is a great host with passion for her work. The staff are all amazing. Handy bar downstairs with great music, 2nd time visiting the hotel and would rebook! ?

The service was exceptionally professional. The room was very clean and fresh. Wendy was very kind to my wife and my daughter and kept them happy during their stay. We will definitely choose this hotel next time when we are in Brisbane.

Stayed here for 1 night to attend an event at The Back Room. The room was clean and modernised. The bed was large and very soft. Provided with complimentary water, tea and coffee, mini fridge and basic toiletries. Surprisingly quiet from the roads below and good staff service.
