Great location; very convenient for dinner and public transport. Microwave didn't work. No milk provided. One blind wouldn't go up. Shower poorly designed for tall people. Corridor doors likely to bang in the morning due to inconsiderate guests.

My dad had passed away, and I had travelled 7 hours to be with him. I just needed a place to sleep for the night before heading back. Needless to say, I was feeling pretty low. The manager picked up on that straight away and was SO kind and SO thoughtful and generous with his time and patience. He deserves a medal in my eyes. It is my very great pleasure to recommend the hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable. And of course, the service was exemplary. I'm berating myself for not getting the gentleman's name and thank him properly.

Have not been to the Camp Hill Hotel in about 20 years and wow has it changed and definitely for the better. The new renovated hotel is so beautiful. Where to start, just too hard best if you go and see.
Love the 3 huge screens showing 3 different sport's that can be seen in just about every part of the dinning areas.
The staff are so professional, helpful and very friendly, smooth service.
The menu is not large which I love, it has something for everyone including a kids menu.
Definitely would recommend this venue for families or couples. Will be a return customer.

We arrived about 7pm and had to wait over an hour to track down the manager as the other staff didn't know how to check guests in. Manager came back into reception area and I asked if we could check in and she told me that I had to "just wait" as she was in the middle of spring something. She was very rude and unhelpful. After another half hour she came back to reception and completely ignored us so I told her we would leave and get a refund if she didn't help us. When we go to our room, the window was broken and taped up so it didn't shut properly, the blind was ripped and didn't shut properly and the room smelled like urine. Very disappointing all round. Not worth the money at all. We check out early as we could not wait to get out of there.

We found the room to be very comfortable and modern, the sweets and free drink were a welcome suprise after a long day! The bed was comfortable.
During our stay the shared bathroom facilities were cleaned regularly too and we had no problems with them.
The staff are all really friendly and happy to help with any requests. I would stay there again.

I think the guy who organised the room for us was great. I called after the room was booked on Expedia to advise our flight to Brisbane arrives early at 5.45am so we needed to check in the morning, so he arranged the box code for the keys. I even called him when I had trouble opening the box but then it all changed when I got to the room. The bed was either a double or queen but when booking was made I put down 3 people. I called him and he said I have to take it up with Expedia. I was spuing because it's early in the morning they had no other rooms and I don't know how long it will take Expedia to sort this out. I was annoyed with him because Expedia is their booking agent but at the end of the day, we are Nightcap customers. He didn't even try to help us out.

Had lunch here on a Saturday. Quite quick service for the meals, considering there were a few large groups in.
Bistro out the back is lovely since the refurbishment.
Friendly and welcoming staff.

The hotel receptionist was nice and helped us with our luggage.
But the lighting in the room is terrible, and there is no toilet, you have to go to the shared bathroom, but it is dark and unsafe.

The check-out time is 10:00 in the morning. We went downstairs early but were told that we couldn't check out before the time came.
You can leave as long as you return the room card when you check out. I don't know why we are forced to wait until ten o'clock.
