Friendly staff greeted me at the desk. Unfortunately when I called to ask if they did Hicaps Health Fund Claims I was told they do. When I arrived for my massage they informed me they haven't done that for about 6 months. It seems that it is expensive for them to offer this service - fair enough. As I wanted to use my Hicaps I had to find an alternative place. If you want to pay full price I am sure this place would be great.

Came in for a 30-minute massage. When I walked in, the lady was pounding her fist in her hand (like the start of scissors, paper, rock) asking if I wanted a good massage. I said I want a good massage but no funny business. She finished the massage 10 minutes early and said I had to pay $20 more because the prices have gone up all over ipswich. Na, I don't think so.
I wouldn't recommend this place after that. They do massage, but that's just the side business.

Normally really good professional service but today one of the new people tried ripping me off I paid for 45 mins and only got a 30 min massage and the person blew up because she wanted a tip because they gave a good massage (there words) 🙄 safe to say be careful with who you get to massage you here and make sure you check your time to be sure you don't get ripped off
