There were two cockeroaches in our apartment which is quite concerning. Additionally - the absolute worst aftercare. They had charged a bond for $150 for the keys and once I returned them, they had created a fake invoice to say they had paid back using EFTPOS which was not true because I never tapped my card for it to come through as EFTPOS. They called asking for my bank details to transfer and I said I was driving and I will provide it when I get back to Sydney but they never got my details. They just STOLE $150!

When we arrived we didn't know how to get into the property. We called the business and they gave us another address where we had to go and collect the key. When we went back to the property and tried to use it, we found out someone was already staying there. We called again and they told us the worker at the business should have given us instructions and a different address. After they emailed the instructions we were finally able to find the right place. What a wasting time. The apartment was nice and had great amenities, but wasnt really clean and the cleaner let herself in before checkout without knocking. No apologize.

Stayed here very recently and I was initially impressed with the apartment with its nice location and generally comfortable style. As I was putting my things in the bedroom I noticed a large amount of bed bugs all over the bed head and covers. Absolutely disgusting given the price of the apartment for the night. Contacted the host but haven’t received any response.

Booked to stay here, but was placed in accommodation elsewhere. Upon arrival expected to receive a pin number to access the property as per message from property, but did not. When I called the provider, they told me I needed to go collect a key, and that I was placed elsewhere. That was annoying after a 4 hour drive. When I collected the key at 2.30 pm, was told the room had not yet been made up. Room was finally cleaned at 4.30 pm. They gave me a late checkout of 11 am. When I checked out, I realised I left my expensive hair brush behind, but when I called was told it wasn't handed in. I hope the cleaner enjoys my $170 Mason Pearson hairbrush and her hair is lovely and shiny now.

An unpleasant place to stay. The bedroom window could not be closed, meaning cold air and street noise throughout the night. The downstairs smoke alarm was immobilised, with the top element sitting in one of the kitchen drawers. The apartment was not clean. Dust on the rafters, the shelves, the window ledges. Dust and hair on the floor – and not even a broom so we could do our own sweeping. What appeared to be urine residue around the base of the toilet pedestal. What appeared to be cockroach droppings in the kitchen drawers. Finally, the photos used in the advertising are misleading: the main photo is of apartment 92, not apartment 92A. The former overlooks the harbourside park – the latter overlooks the rear lane. The location itself is beautiful, just don't stay in apt 92A
