It took an hour for the food to arrive and it seems like they had just taken it out of the deep fryer. The coleslaw was dry and sauce the was $2! Wouldn't recomend 🙁

We started with the garlic and cheese sour dough….more like a pizza. This was delicious.

The zucchini flowers while fresh….were not stuffed. Never had them without some sort of filling in the flower. Really needs some sort of dipping sauce. Drizzle of pesto does not cut it.
Chicken burger was flavourless.
The fish….something really wrong here. Very unusual taste and not enjoyable.
The slaw….not a proper slaw was bitter, undressed and awful.
My daughter enjoyed her chicken schnitzel.

Beautiful outlook. The staff were friendly and attentive.
Did notice a tall gentleman, dark hair….appeared to be a supervisor. Sneeze into his hands and wipe them on his pants.
We were hoping he wouldn’t be carrying our plates out. Was a bit off putting.

We hosted a beautiful lunch at this venue on Friday, and it was fantastic. All the staff were amazing, the food was great and the venue was perfect - even on a rainy day. Thank you NCYC!

Took 90 minutes for our orders to arrive, even though we ordered way earlier than people at other tables, who seemed to be given their orders within half an hour to one hour. Food was average at best. Barramundi was NOT barramundi, tasted more like mullet on a good day. Service was poor. Staff in the kitchen area were too busy talking and flinging around tea towels at each other to be bothered with service. Will not attend this venue again.

Great customer service experience from booking on the phone to being seated for our Tuesday lunch. Friendly bar staff, relaxed atmosphere with vistas of water and moored boats. Great expectations on the food and this was sadly lacking for our dishes. Something for everyone on the menu and definitely enticing with the descriptions on offer. Prawn and chorizo linguine was one main that we thought would shine but it definitely missed the mark. Linguine cooked to perfection but prawns were hard and salty as if brined which clashed with the chorizo. Poor balance. Salad cherry tomato halves could have done with roasting to sweeten. More suitable in a salad and not seasoned at all. Very hearty serving and best suited for a more bland palate.
Grilled chicken breast with cranberry and Persian feta was enjoyable when you trimmed the dried outer edges and found the better part of the centre cut. Roasted onion a very nice inclusion when you discarded the burnt outer shell and it added a nice flavour with chicken and cranberries. The beetroot puree was a nice addition but absolutely drowned the meal with it piped in large dabs around the entire plate and had you pushing the food to higher ground to save it from going under.
All the ingredients are there for a nice lunch out with burger options and small starters and entrees. Our entree of 6 natural oysters and 6 kilpatrick were the star. The mignonette was light and fresh and complimented the fresh oyster perfectly.
Not rushing back but would try something else on the menu if happen to be in the CBD again.

We loved this place. Beautiful location and the food was obviously create by a very creative and caring chief. I had the prawn omelet and wife had avocado and labna. Both were fantastic.

Food was first class. Would give a 5 star rating normally but unfortunately the entry staff were less than inviting (hoping its a one off) but everyone else has happy to be back to normal and couldn't be more welcoming.

Food was ok but have had better. Expect a decent bill and they stop serving cocktails after 7.30pm.
Staff are really friendly and with a great view.
