The previous reviews commenting on the temperature issues have been resolved with a heat source and pedestal fan.
Bathrooms are modern. Rooms have everything you need. Beds are comfy. And the check in and out process was very easy

Location, location, location, just near Sydney Harbour, best possible location for travelling by boat to city and around Sydney harbour, amazing.
Building is dated but very clean.
I definitely choose again.

Nice staff, great location, within reach of wharf with regular boat service makes this great place to stay. The staff are very nice, changed towels, soaps every day. Premises are clean, including toilets. But the property itself is old one so, no lift, staff assisted with moving luggage. No aircon, I guess you get what you pay for!!!! if you can compromise on few you can get nice place for short stays!!!

Horribly uncomfortable, no aircon, no ceiling fan, small dark room with a tiny window that opened only a crack, so no air flow or fresh air. Tired, dated and dull. Narrow steep stairs, difficult to ascend with bags. Bad attitude from staff. I was so disgusted that I immediately booked elsewhere and didn't even stay the night. Thankfully I was able to get another room nearby at the last minute.

Parking here is awful, as with most of Sydney. 1st in best dressed and if you miss one of the parks, chances are you will risk adding the cost of a fine to your accommodation costs.
The room I had came with its own shower/toilet, but there are others where this is shared.
I know it is Sydney, but for the price, I was expecting something a lot better. The whole place just felt tired.

Great place to stay. Very convenient to get to downtown Sydney. Ferry ride past the opera house and the harbor bridge is never bad. Great coffee shop by the ferry. The room we had was comfortable and clean. They even have a washer and dryer so you can go home with clean clothes
