Great location but had a executive apartment that was in need of a good clean. Carpet was dirty and balcony also. Standard appearance really and not worth the money we paid. Something has changed since our last visit. |Need to pick up your cleaning style!!!

Unlike my last stay at Nesuto in May (and in the same room - 105), which was very pleasant, I was extremely disturbed by the state of the room. On opening the cupboard to put my suitcase away I was assailed by the stench of an obviously well used and unwashed blanket. I immediately put this outside the door and requested a new one. I had to leave the cupboard open for the rest of the day to get rid of the smell. The carpet was dirty, and when I went to turn on the air conditioner I noticed that the outlets were caked with dust, but in spite of the obvious health hazard had to use it because windows are wired shut. On the positive side my encounters with staff were always polite and positive, and any request that could be dealt with was promptly attended to.

I have written in my prior stay. Thank you to staff for their assistance.Especially, Front Office. I was in a difficult personal situation. The gentleman in the office found a solution and all worked out well. Thank you again for your support. If I need to be critical, please ,look at the bath/s. Mine had the ring of a day in the dirt around the base of the bath. All other areas were above what you would expect and I will stay again. I enjoy there. It is also close to all conveniences. Train is great and quick. But thanks to office area for your support from time of Booking to last day.

The reception staff were very helpful, and the room was clean and tidy. Undercover security basement parking was a bonus. The property is starting to show it's age, but overall a great place to stay. Had dinner at the Pennant Hills Hotel about 10mins walk down the road, and that was a great place with great meals. Thanks to reception for that advice.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and room had a lot of amenities, including a bathtub. Hot water was excellent too.

Great rooms.||Unfortunately, there was a pervasive smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Upon enquiry with the management they informed me that there were no vacancies for immediate transfer to an odor-less room which was unfortunate. I wasn't overly concerned as what customers do in their rooms is their own business. ||The gym is a bonus.

Excellent location with affordable pricing.|Workers don't need 5 star, just a clean, convenient perfectly acceptable place to stay.|Very good protected parking facilities with easy access.|I don't know what more you'd want for good, honest, accommodation.|There's very little competition for what they offer.|I will definitely stay there every time I need to go to Sydney.

Comfy beds, nice decor in reception, friendly staff, water taps hard to turn on and off, oven broken, no batteries in TV remote, lighting very poor, lovely shower, no internet on TV for youtube or Netflix etc, spa cold. I enjoyed my stay ❤️
