The staff were amazing!! They went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Rosehill was better than expected. We travel for business a lot and when we arrived they checked us in quickly and the apartment was fitted out with everything we needed. The room was extremely clean and the linen was top quality. We also had the buffet breakfast daily and the staff were so lovely and were happy and welcoming. If you like coffee, upgrade to their barista coffee selection. Highly recommend this accommodation. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Slept well, true blockout curtains. I found the lighting strange, No central light, 4 lamps, made it difficult to work at night on my computer. Very disappointed the TV was 'incompatible' with wifi... simply needed a cord I magine so no streaming available. Breakfast was pretty good although the machine coffee was not. Loved being able to wash and dry in my room. Not enough teabags for 4 days. And when did hotels stop supplying a few packs of bickies? Overall the hotel is well located and staff friendly.

Rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Buffet breakfast was yummy, pancakes were good. Friendly staff at reception. Location was good very close to Rosehill Racecourse and Homebush which includes Accor stadium, also good shopping at Homebush DFO.

I needed a room last minute in Parramatta and this place was a comfortable place to land. Suroj helped book me in at a better price over the phone and ensured a smooth check in.
Good price considering it was a long weekend and included car park and breakfast which was a basic buffet style. Room was clean and quiet really loved the big bathtub for a soak after a long day of tiring commuting.
The only improvement of my stay would have been knowing there is a bus around the corner from here that goes to the train station instead of having to pay $30 in taxis!

The room was perfect , is just the location and the parking has a little bit odd.
Hope you guys can improve your parking entrance,while the roller door open I cant see the curb on the main entrance and is a sharp turn a lot of people need to take some angle to take the turn , you can put a sign to tell customers have a curb or you can knock the curb out to let customers take more angle

I don’t understand why the curb need to make it so far out and the scanners machine wanna make it so deep in

The staff were exceptional both at reception and in the restaurant. The price was amazing which included breakfast for two and secure parking.the room was well appointed with kitchenette and separate lounge. The location is a very short uber or light rail trip from Parramatta.

This is my go to always . The staff are amazing the rooms are spotless and the breakfast is perfect. The pool is heated so always lovely. Staff are always happy to help and nothing is a problem . Cannot fault staying here. Will be back very soon hopefully
