I have had the pleasure of two divine facials now from Nefertiti Spa, both times I have had a micro & hydra treatments. The first was finished with a beautiful green clay mask and the second was with a delicious chocolate scented clay mask.

My experience was calming and beautiful, Dr Germaine has an amazing bed side matter and your skills are truly amazing. She guided me through my entire treatments educating me about the best practice for my skin and now to maintain it.

As a bride to be, I am about to start my pre-wedding pampering to ensure I look perfect for my big day.

Scammers. Instead of expensive 1.5 hour treatment I paid for received a 15 minutes demo version, which obviously has no effect and has nothing in common with 3000 AUD original procedure. Promised to refund me, but instead sent letter to Groupon that I’m the one who lies and the treatment was appropriate. Thanks to Groupon customer care who took their time to read our emails and refunded me. If only I could share their insulting letters and lies here. This is the attitude I never want experience in my life. No service have ever hurt me and humiliated me so much.

I recently booked two different treatments at Nefertiti Spa, St Leonards. Both have been excellent. Germaine is lovely, knowledgeable, professional and I have been able to see the results already. Location is easy to access, parking right outside the front. I am going back for another in 6 weeks. Very happy with the service and treatments.

I purchased 2 microdermabrasion facials and after paying for both i have attempted over the last 6 months to book in for the second facial and my phone calls go unanswered and text messages no reply. I find it extremely unprofessional to happily take a clients money and then ignore them when they attempt to book again. Very disappointing. I was going to purchase through groupon however she offered the same deal to me directly and essentially took my money and ignored me.

I had a good experience with a Groupon voucher. Professional staff, clean snd comfortable environment and a very nice face treatment. Price list is just tok expencive fir me, that's why I went through Groupon.

The owner/ therapist lies to you promising the world in her serum being used but it is actually just glycerin. Not worth it too much attitude tiny space and old equipment. Be careful.
