The hotel is in the heart of Cooma, amongst the cafes, pubs and shops. The room was clean and large enough for the 2 of us. It had a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, plates etc, wine glasses provided, tea & coffee. Comfortable bed. As we were there during August the bed had an electric blanket & the AC. Kept us very warm.|I loved that the bed cover was a doona cover and not a bed spread as often used in some motels. This way you know the bed it fitted with clean bed covers. It made it feel more cosy & comfortable. Bathroom had all you needed for your stay.|Great place to stay for it location & price.

Clean as a whistle, easy drive in. |Nice hot shower in a very clean bathroom. |Extra blankets in the cupboard, and electric blankets.|I was so tired, this was a great place to stop. |And the beautiful host recommended some places to get a feed. ||I was coming back from thredbo, and it was really nice to have such a comfortable stop on my way home. ||Best motel I've stayed in for a long time, and really cheap for the comfort and value.

This place is great! Amazingly cleaned rooms, the bathroom is very clean compared to the usual hotels/motels that I go to for snowy mountains. The beds are comfortable, and the wifi is excellent. One thing, the motel is rather far away from the snow, (a 1 hour drive to ski tube) but other than that, it’s SO amazing!?

Very small nothing special about it literally claustrophobic . Not worth the money we paid $320.00 for one night. The receptionist was nice. But apart from that I wouldn’t go back.

Great place to stay nice and comfortable.
Heating available in the room as well as the bathroom nice in winter . Everything was clean .
Affordable accommodation not real far from Perisher .

We stayed one night. The room was spacious and clean and right in the town. There was a coffee machine with pods so we were able to enjoy a nice coffee. There was also everything we needed to do our own breakfast: plates, bowls, cutlery, toaster and microwave. Coles is close by. The undercover parking is also fantastic. It was quiet and so we slept well. We would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable and well appointed room. Bed was great after a long day on the bike. Friendly and helpful owner. Thanks for a great stay. I'll definitely make this my stopover spot in Cooma from now on.
