The reception was very attentive. Location was great, just a few minutes drive to Fremantle Markets and the ferry terminal to Rottnest Island. The car park was secure with gates operated by a remote control. The birthday surprise was great too.

Spacious well appointed apartments. Very comfortable accommodation and the kitchenette had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. Very convenient having an IGA Supermarket across the road. Friendly supportive staff and very well maintained

We came to visit Perth for a holiday. I stayed for 2 nights with my partner. The room was very clean and well-maintained. We were accommodated accordingly and the people were very nice and friendly. They extended a helping hand every time we approach the reception or whenever we ask something.

Special thanks to Ivan who was always there for us.

We will definitely come back next time to spend more days.

We stayed for 2 nights in Freemantle with our 17 month old, cannot fault the place had exactly what we needed, we had a car so found the location was good, we had lots of room in the apartment we had booked, bed was very comfortable and on check out we met a staff member who offered to come down to take the garage fob from us which allowed us to leave promptly and we didn’t have to to go back to reception with the key to check out.
Parking was free which was an added bonus and lastly the same staff member (working the morning of the 11/01/25) came and gave our child a little present when leaving . So nice and wasn’t expected! Thank you would definitely stay again!

Exceptional experience!The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location was perfect, with great amenities and services nearby. I highly recommend Nautica Residences to anyone looking for a wonderful stay.

Stayed at 3 properties - Fremantle, Mandurah, Scarborough.||Seashells operates in a hybrid concept of a service apartment vs "airbnb". For one, basic amenities and housekeeping is available. ||Although I stayed purely with Seashells during this trip, I am quite satisfied with the experience. Check Ins was simply quite fast as simple as getting the keys from the reception or box, and doing a quick check-in process.||Each of them has its own pitfalls and wonders. Overall, it was beyond satisfactory. One thing I loved about the units, were that they were large. (I only booked 2 or 3 bedroom units.). Many service apartments in Perth are much smaller in size. Towels, toiletries, cookware, diningware, washing machine, dryer were provided. ||Fremantle:|Good - Location was superb, modern look, housekeeping was done well, staff were very friendly. At this location, it was more like a service apartment.|Not So Good - Unit was a bit smaller, cookware was a bit worn, dryer does not seem to function well.||Mandurah:|Good - Got the bluehouse units and it was really nice experience. |Not So Good - Lights were slowly getting blown, didn't like the shower concept in the bathtub (no separate shower facility).||Scarborough:|Good - The unit was the nicest and largest probably because it was recently renovated. Had the most equipped kitchen and the largest.|Not So Good - Moving up and down the carpark is a bit of a hassle, housekeeping was quite bad here.

The apartment block is fantastic. A great sized and comfortable room. No issues with anything at all. Highly recommend and I will return
