I had such a wonderful experience at the Nature's Energy spa and bathhouse at their Glebe location. I opted for the Spring Renewal package which included 90 minutes of bathhouse use and a 60 minute massage. I do wish the massage in this package was more of a traditional style remedial/deep tissue massage; it was more of a lymphatic drainage using only light-medium pressure but still enjoyable overall. The outdoor and relaxation spaces at the Glebe location are 10/10 and I could have easily stayed for longer! Bathrooms are stocked with ALL the toiletries you will need (including face cleanser, serums, moisturizer, etc.). It was a very peaceful afternoon at the spa and I would definitely go back.

Love the Glebe bathhouse. It’s the perfect place to unwind and connect your mind to your body. It is very clean and I love that there’s a variety of spaces to relax. My favourite is the steam room and traditional garden sauna. I recommend the Glebe bathhouse as a present for someone. I recently took my sister-in-law for her birthday and she loved it too. This place is certainly impressive.

Spent a fantastic day at Nature’s Energy Glebe. Opted for the Escape for two for my friend and I which included 60 min in the Bathhouse and 60 min signature massage. We both agreed the massage was the best one we’ve ever had! The facilities are amazing with sauna, steam room, ice baths and jacuzzi. The staff were wonderful too. 10/10 would recommend to a friend! X

My first experience at a bath house and I’d certainly return. I jumped from spa to sauna to steam room to infrared sauna to ice bath. I felt relaxed, rejuvenated and the tea in between my laps of hot to cold went down a treat. I went during the week and it was fairly quiet. I imagine it wouldn’t be as enjoyable in peak periods.

I really like the Nature’s Energy. The price is affordable. Really nice place, clean, highly recommended. Easy access to the city. I been there on Monday, the only thing I felt so busy for Monday morning, I don’t know if they are controlling the numbers of people! I was expecting to be more private with my girlfriend. Anyway, we enjoyed it, definitely I will back.

Amazing experience!
The staff is very nice and kind, and the facilities were awesome. I broke my own record on the ice bath and I really enjoyed the saunas options.
I really loved the tea options that they offer to nourish yourself after the bath ritual.. and all the amenities of the girls' locker room (hairdryer, nice mirrors and gentle & natural body moisturiser).
The store is very tempting too. And u can find good quality stuff.

The whole experience was sooo nice and relaxing. I’m not usually a fan of saunas but it was nice to try out different types and cool off in the plunge cold bath. I also had one of the best massages I’ve ever had after. I bought some of the essential oils after in the shop front, as the place smelled so good. Highly recommend going with a friend or partner. It was a great birthday present.

I came in for a pregnancy massage and left with the most relaxed and happy state of mind body and soul! Truly rejuvenating and relaxing ?
My masseuse was attentive at my needs and took great care of me throughout the 90mins.
The receptionist is super helpful as well. The navigation on the website is quite good, easy to make bookings online.
I'm coming back again this month for another session with the same masseuse - Yoko.
The space overall has a very calm and positive vibe.
Highly recommend it for pregnancy massages.
