Nature Energy is amazing. It’s my first time here. I came with my daughter and we had the best time in the bath house followed on with a 90 minute massage. I feel so refreshed, relaxed and rejuvenated. The facilities are clean and well set up. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
I’ll be back.

My husband and I were gifted vouchers for Natures Energy. We went to the Balmain location and spent an hour in the bathhouse and had an hour massage to follow.

Both of us LOVED the experience. It was wonderful, the amenities were clean and easily accessible, the staff were very helpful and kind. We felt so relaxed after the morning spent there, we will definitely return again!

I have visited Balmain Nature’s Energy many times over the years and always have an enjoyable experience. The bathhouse is lush and everything is clean. The therapists are great and always tailor treatments to suit your needs.highly recommend.
Today I was greeted by Lily who was informative and kind, setting a calm tone for our experience. I had a treatment with Maria who was lovely and provide a lovely service.

We went for the weekend, but the bathhouse was not packed. I love it cause how they managed the booking well with not many customers entering the bathhouse at the same time.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The hair dryer did not work so they offered us an extra tower. They checked in with us about the experience, we felt appreciated.
The bathhouse has good instructions on each treatment you are after. The size of the bathhouse was good, easy to access and smell nice. I love the complimentary skin care, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They have nice hot tea for detoxing as well. A wall of appreciation and separate bathrooms for men and women.
The bathhouse experience was very relaxing and worth the price. I would definitely come back!

I had the most anmazing experience here for my birthday. I had a 1 hour bath house experience (hot snd cold spa, sauna & steam room) followed by a 1 hour relaxation massage and 1 hour facial; both with the incredible Helena. I feel so relaxed. I highly recommend coming here and book with Helena, she’s fabulous! ?

The 60 minute remedial massage and 15 minute add on foot massage was absolutely incredible today. She asked me if I wanted it firm and firm it was. She was very thorough and covered everything from the scalp massage right down to my toes. The room was dimly light and nice and cosy warm. The hot towels were also a wonderful touch. I left feeling totally pampered but also feeling like I had a top tier full body massage with a VIP service. 100% satisfied and this was my first visit to Natures Earth Balmain
