Kay is exceptionally professional and knowledgeable. She is honest and strives to do an excellent job. I've had adult acne for the past 10 years and tried everything—seeing doctors, using topical products, taking the pill, antibiotics, and undergoing various facials and beauty treatments at many salons—but nothing worked. I was repeatedly told my facial routines were incorrect and that I was using the wrong products, which led me to buy their recommended products, hoping they would make a difference. But they never did.

Kay was the first professional to thoroughly explore my history, taking the time to ask the right questions. After a thorough evaluation, she administered an oxygen facial and LED treatment and recommended using a vitamin C serum to maintain skin repair. Now, my skin is soft and beautiful, with no acne! I am extremely happy with Kay’s services and highly recommend her to anyone with any skin type or problem. Her expertise and knowledge make me confident she can help with anything!

Absolutely love Kay. She has created a really lovely atmosphere and environment for treatment. She is very knowledgeable and experienced and you know you are getting the best treatment with the best outcome possible. She is a very warm, caring lady with a great sense of humour and I would not hesitate to recommend her. Everything about Nascent ticks my boxes! Kay is professional, skilled, knowledgeable and friendly. A wide range of treatments available, and I've tried most of them as well as the usual waxing, tinting, tanning and day to day maintenance every girl needs.
