Hi I am a regular at your hotel and often bring family members to have a meal. I recommend your bistro and beautiful friendly bar to colleagues and friends. I was there on Thursday night and asked a staff member where my favourite girls were and was saddened to hear one of them had been let go. I have since read the reviews and find it hard to believe. I wish the young hard working lady all the best.😊

Great, local pub excellent $15 lunchtime specials during the week only. Portion sizes are large. Everything is made Fresh, prices are actually very reasonable great little place to take the family or for a nice lunch during the week. I really like the kitchen because it has a window so customers can communicate with the chefs, which I’ll find very helpful due to my allergies. The food is absolutely delicious and it’s constantly the same, the Chefs and kitchen hands are amazing.
Some of the Bar staff can be a little grumpy, but I’ve noticed a change since the new license Brett started about a month ago, my favorite bartender is Shirley because she is very helpful and greets everyone with a smile. I really enjoy dining here and I’ve become a regular.!

I recently attended the hotel with my wife for dinner. I thought the food was good and reasonably priced. We chose what I thought would be a quiet table over near the managers office in a corner. We enjoyed a glass of wine as we dined. However our attendance was constantly interrupted by the slamming of the office door with the manager giving the impression he found this entertaining. Is the manager slamming the office door evidence he is in the building ?

Old hotel rooms.
Only kettle and fridge facilities.
Queen bed room is only a double bed size.
The shower is not suitable to anyone plus size.
The neighbours were very noisy. I'm not sure if it was our specific neighbours or just any noise they made was loud for us.

The fire alarm went off at 10:30pm for no apparent reason which made getting this hotel for us to get a good night sleep impossible after having to get up and stand in the cold until the fire brigade to come and check the situation.

The service from a new employee a blond woman early around 20 that was working at the bar horrible.

The register was broken so you had to go up to the bar to order, the general rule that they had since I was a kid was that if you were a minor as long as you weren’t ordering alcohol and had someone over 18 with you that was paying , I understand that the new worker wouldn’t have known this but the way and tone she spoke to me from the start was extremely disrespectful and condescending after repeatedly saying I had to stay where was was standing she said to my mother to come order she outright said to me “you stay there” and repeated that several times when I tried to tell my mother my order until the manager told her to let me order. All the other workers were polite and the food was good.

I have visited this hotel ( Bistro section ) several times in the past . The first time I visited this place I found it nice and friendly and great food as well , I had taken a couple friends in the past there and always had a good experience. However , on Saturday the 22 of march 2925 around 8 pm I decided to take a friend who has recently arrived from overseas to show him an Aussie friendly experience , but the experience was anything but pleasant and friendly . The young blonde long hair girl taking the order was so rude and unfriendly and had no customer service skills at all . We felt as we were kids begging for a plate of food . Her unfriendly tone of voice and grumpy face made the experience not only unpleasant but embarrassing for my guest and he asked me if all people in Australia were like that , I said of course not . Perhaps that young girl and the older lady in that shift had had a bad day , however , not all clients have to go through such a sour experience. I am
Big on manners and being tolerant and polite , I didn’t want to show my frustration in front of my guest . I believe the Nawee hotel can do better by having friendly and well mannered staff . The food and ambiance are nice , however , in this occasion the service was absolutely disgraceful!

Really nice staff. Good to have a joke and have staff that are not too serious about life. We went for lunch. Food was lovely and priced well for a climate where everything has gone through the roof.

This bar is the worst. The staffs were the most racists people we’ve ever been with. I don’t really expect anything from any staffs but disrespect is never a thing to expect. NEVER GO TO THIS PUB EVER AGAIN if you’re looking for a fun day at bar unless you’re an AUSSIE.
