I witnessed an extremely disappointing experience with Matthew Bullick. Their unprofessionalism in communication, particularly on LinkedIn, is astonishing. Instead of addressing concerns or feedback constructively, they resort to insults and condescending remarks, which is completely unacceptable for any business owner.

Effective communication is crucial in maintaining professional relationships, and their lack of decorum reflects poorly not only on themselves but also on the business they represent. I would caution anyone considering doing business with them, as their behavior is not only unprofessional but downright hostile. It’s unfortunate, but professionalism and respect are severely lacking here.

Extremely unprofessional and unreasonable, told me there was a free inspection, and then gave me a quote for repairs, after the repairs were done the price suddenly jumped $200 with no explanation, after arguing about the price increase he threatened to return it to the condition as before he arrived with a hammer. After agreeing to pay so he would leave the receipt had a $80 inspection fee.

DO NOT USE IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER OPTIONS
