It’s a 3-star hotel delivering 5-star service. From even before check in the staff were very attentive and check in and smooth. The room was clean and the location very convenient. Highly recommend and thanks again for making our stay a good one.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Narellan Motor Inn, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Although the motel is slightly older, it is remarkably well-maintained, exuding a charm that newer establishments often lack. The entire complex is spotlessly clean and beautifully manicured, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.

The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the wonderful staff. Every team member was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. Special mention must go to Tahir, the most amazing host I have ever encountered. His hospitality and attention to detail are unparalleled. I arrived much earlier than expected, and Tahir juggled reservations to provide me with a free upgrade, allowing me to settle in comfortably. His generosity was a lifesaver, and his snappy dressing was the cherry on top!

The rooms at the Narellan Motor Inn are impeccable. All appliances are brand new and meticulously maintained, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Security is a top priority, with Bilock keys securing the doors, providing peace of mind. The comfortable beds guarantee a great night’s sleep, which is essential for a productive work trip.

Good value for money and good location close to all the shops. Not the hotels fault but people carrying on and laughing till 1:30 in the morning wasn’t that pleasant, could’ve sworn I was sleeping next to a hyena

This place is very safe, comfortable and convenient and accessible, ideal even for people with special needs

While it seemed clean the room smelled old and musty. The bed is about 100 years old and like a rock. |We had the misfortune to be in room 22 which is right next door to where we presume they have supplemented accomodation for the homeless. A noble idea but the occupant ranted and raved and swore endlessly and loudly all night long. He had a barking dog and a nasty smoking habit which made him cough and hack all night as well. Then in the morning, when we were trying to get out of there as quickly as possible. He was urinating on the ground by our car. I have sympathy for the guy but the management knew all about him (confirmed by apologetic cleaning staff) and they should never have located full fare paying customers alongside him. We got enough second hand smoke to last a lifetime and zero sleep.
