Lovely place to stay. Very comfy bed, air con & a fan. Quiet, roomy & everything that a person would need. The lady on reception was very nice. A short walk to the main street & 1 of the locals for dinner & a couple of beers. Perfect ?

We were travelling through the outback in mid-summer, so the day and night temperatures were very high.||The room and ensuite are generously proportioned. Room had good cooling options (a/c plus fan) that coped with the outside heat. Decor was somewhat dated but provided plenty of space and equipment for our belongings. Room also contained a well appointed kitchenette.||Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. ||Would definitely stay again.

The air con in room 20 did not work. The only good thing is the pool the bathroom is big but they cranp the toilet to the sink and shower. The spa had hair in it.dont come here!

Excellent place. Host was cheerful. Rooms were massive. My room had a spa and a shower. Table sitdown in front of the mirror for the perfume makeup adjustment. Beds were cosy. Aircon switch was tricky to find but... it worked magnificent. Small fridge, cloths closet, table plus a desk. Price, amenities, location, comfort, hospitality 9/10.
The only downfall (personal thing) is no microwave.

We have stayed here several times on our way home from Victoria and were very happy. Unfortunately, this time, the room we had on the 6/1/24 room 4 was pretty poor. Aircon barely worked, and the fan nearly electrocuted me when trying to turn it on and tripped out lights. The bedside tables were so sticky that my loose change stuck to the top. I think we may be looking for another option next time.

Room is quite clean and well equipped. Pricing is affordable and comes with a community swimming pool as well. Staff is friendly and efficient. Location is great for being next door to an AMPOL servo, a great Thai restaurant (Thai Home) and a stone throw away from the main strip in Narrabri.
The ONLY downside is that the water pressure is a bit weak to my taste. (I understand water is a highly valuable asset in this region and saving it is paramount). Other than that, this joint is great!

The motel is in a good location, easy access to parking, facilities were clean. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

We called in here tired were lucky to get a spa room only to find spa didnt work. Manager was kind enough to refund difference to standard room. The aircon worked but dripped so we used a bin to catch the water reported it to Manager. Compared to the room we stayed in the night before in flood affected Forbes this room was large, quiet, spotlessly clean, ideal loction and less priced after our spa not working discount. Thank you for you compfy rooms dispite the 2 minor problems. We would stay again
