I just filed a complaint with Australian councillors association after getting councilling at this place for free, and she thought it would be a bright idea to bring INACCURATE THIRD PARTY INFORMATION INTO MY SESSIONS LIKE IT WAS HER BUSINESS, turns out this lady isn’t even registered with the Australian councillors association which is a red flag in itself, but when I bought it to her attention that I did not feel comfortable with her bringing GOSSIP into my session her response was to send me the phone number for : SUICIDE WATCH AND MENTAL HEALTH LINE ,

Which would’ve been appropriate if I planned to kill myself because she’s incompetent, but I’m way to educated for that and clearly a lot stronger then they thought .

My advice to anyone looking for genuine support IN NAMBOUR, DONT !! waste your energy, cause the coordinator can’t seem to find the right words herself to neither understand nor justify the inappropriate logic of the counselor in question, And lacks enough comprehension skills , to really handle any complaint professionally. . I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if the inaccurate third party information came the coordinator herself, with the level of clear lack of professionalism here, how disgusting. IF YOU WANT TO GOSSIP THATS FINE BUT LEARN TO KEEP THE GOSSIP FOCUSSED ON YOUR OWN LIVES LADIES. Stay in your own lane means mind your business or you gonna hurt yourselves breaking your necks with all those lies stuck in your throats, being a racist bigot is not cool !! grow up it’s 2024 people.

I can't say enough about this lovely place. Staff are friendly, helpful and caring. I have attended a few of the Strong Woman sessions where we do crafts, have a cuppa and a nice chat with other locals.
The computer room has come in very handy if I need to print or scan something too.

Fantastic place. Great friendly and supportive staff who go out of their way to help those of us that have for whatever reason found ourselves needing help.
Here i feel safe and cared for non judgemental. They hold many events throughout the year and have wonderful hot lunches every Thursdays.
