Found Nakara online, recommend one Closed too early, there loss. quick chat with Paula then decided to visit her, Nakara was good on the eyes, ears & nose its a very relaxing atmosphere.
Paula was very attentive of me explaining the locality of the pain then set about working her Magic hands she quickly isolated where the problem was originating from which was my hip then set herself to kneading it & my Hamstring her strength is high she was very thorough & thoughtful in method she applied lots of forceful & slow stretching I could walk much easier after her treatment I'll Definitely go again !

My hubby and I had a wonderful traditional remedial Thai massage here! We both had a lot of knots and tension, and the women did wonderful jobs of releasing everything! And we LOVED the hot rock massage! The massage tables/beds were so comfy, and the lighting and ambience were perfect. We'll be coming here every time we visit Nowra, highly recommended for great Thai massage! Thank you, ladies ?

Oh my god, this place is AMAZINGGGGGGG!! Paula is so so so friendly and it’s so great and refreshing to receive the customer service we received from this spa. I cannot recommend this spot enough to get the best massage of your life. Paula massaged all my knots, stretched me out and left me feeling so relaxed. She really went hard on my knots (I asked for hard massage). An amazing person and an amazing massage. I will come back here again whenever I come back to Jervis Bay!
