Hands down the best nails I’ve had in Launceston! Lili, the owner of Wonderland Nails, is so kind and incredibly detail-oriented. The salon has such a great vibe. I 100% recommend this place!

My friend and I came in for a full set of acrylics. the lady doing our nails did an amazing job. They were spot on to the inspo photo and we were both very happy with the results. Definitely recommend coming here.😊

My 10-year-old daughter had her nails done here, and less than 48-hours later 8 of them had fallen off (acrylic).

When I went back in, and politely asked for a refund (not wanting them to be redone) they refused any refund.

The manger only insinuated that my daughter must have pulled them off. When I explained that she loved them, and certainly didn’t pull them off, it changed nothing. Any refund was refused.

The two ladies that did my nails were so sweet and really took their time to make my nails so pretty!! I wish they had a shop in Melbourne so I could go there regularly 😆 Would definitely go again when I visit Launceston 🥰🥰 Thanks guys!!

My 10yo daughter got acrylics from wonderland nails. Less than 48 hours later 8 of them were off and the remaining 2 in poor damage.
She did not bite them, nor play or pull them.
Her father returned with her to ask for a refund to be told they had a no refund policy and had not done in "9 years". They continued to argue and show poor customer service.

Will not be returning.

Visited this nail salon this morning. Staff were very accommodating and lovely. Made my granddaughter feel like a princess having her fingernails and toenails painted. I had a pedicure on feet and a refill of french tips on fingernails. Salon was very clean and spacious. If in Launceston again will definitely revisit.

Nancy and her team at Nails wonderland are fantastic! I moved to Launceston from Melbourne 5 years ago and I have never had acrylics done as well as Nancy does them. My daughter and I both get our toes done and they have the cutest little hello kitty chair for kids. Highly recommend!
