spent $70 to get cut multiple times, bleed, and leave with messed up nails not remotely near what i asked for.

second picture is what i wanted (just without the added butterflies and flowers); third picture is what i got.
++ some of the nails were super asymmetrical (predominantly the thumbs).

not sure if it's just the nail tech i got (bless her heart) or if it's all of them, but i nonetheless do not recommend -- as a safety precaution [see figure 1]. wouldn't wish death by a thousand cuts on anyone. x

Really awful experience having nails removed. Thought they would be soaked in acetone (asked for this) but they just ripped them all off using a false nail under the base of my 4 week old acrylics. Cried from the pain and the only lady that seemed to understand what I was asking offered me a tissue and said no charge.5 ladies stood around me while I cried and looked at my bleeding nails. Nails are completely damaged and so sore could’ve done a better job removing myself!

Not the best pedicure I've had. Not enough of my nails were cut off even though I asked for them to be done shorter (like maybe 2mm was trimmed off and that was ALL). It makes me want to trim my nails again myself which defeats the purpose of getting them done "professionally". A few nails are crooked and on some the edge of the polish is quite far from the skin of my toes. I suspect they rush through jobs in order to fit in more clients and don't trim much off so you have to return sooner. Not great for a whopping $55.

I got a pedicure done today at around 1030am and the staff named Yen did it for me. She had no basic etiquette to even say hello, please put your feet up or down or whatever. She was just tapping on my feet and making actions with her hand to put my leg up or down. When it was all done, she just got up and left and did not even say it was over. How pathetic. It basically looked like she just wanted to finish a task that was allocated to her. Never will go again.

The team at Nail Studio and Spa are amazing. I have been having my nails done regularly now for about 6 months. Giang and Marie are the nail technicians that i see. They are both amazing nail technicians. I am always so happy when i leave the studio because my nails always look amazing. Thank you for bringing my nails to life Giang and Marie !! I especially love my pink and white floral design nails Marie. I love love love them! See you in a fortnight.

I’ve been getting my nails done for over 20 years visited Townsville and omg I’ve never been charged a $18 fee on top of the refill cost to have my fingernail's painted French, complete rip off. Need to be told this before you go in as I would have gone somewhere else.

The salon experience is wonderful - a clean, relaxing and professional environment.
However only a week after getting a manicure and shellac colour on my nature nail the edges of the shellac paint started to lift and eventually peel off entirely.
It’s very disappointing for this to happen only a week later 🙁

my fingers were bleeding. the shape is very uneven and i didn’t get what i asked for. these are my formal nails and i had to take them off. it took at least 3 hours for them to be finished because they kept leaving and swapping around. i do not recommend getting acrylic nails from this salon.
