After reading and hearing great news about Nail Passion and seeing their amazing nail work.
I decided to get my nails done which I haven't had done in over 30+years
I was 10mins early but Jess the owner didn't mind and showed me to my seat straight away, she asked what I wanted to be done and I said I had no clue.

Jess recommended doing Acrylics and she made them the perfect length as I do a lot of work with my hands and didn't want to stab myself in the palms lol
I was asked what colour I'd like and I said purple was my favourite colour, so I was shown the colour samples and picked the one Jess pointed out, which I absolutely love 💜

When I go back to get my infills done, I'm going to get some of their amazing nail art done 🤩

Absolutely pathetic service received recently. Bent, random shapes and lengths, nowhere near the cuticle and not the natural shape or colour I asked for. When asked to fix they played the 'I don't understand card' I then complained via messenger, quite nicely I may add and got told to go back in. He filed and repainted, nothing more. I asked about the fill as they were so far away from the cuticle and again got ignored. Then they tried to CHARGE me $55 for the guy to fix his OWN mistakes (which he didn't do anyway)
Walked out a 2nd time with crap nails. Not even 6 days later they started falling off. I messaged a photo and was ignored all day. At 10 pm I was met with instant attitude, aggression and lies from the owner. When asked to stop she kept going and had to be blocked. She then went and started messaging other people telling them I had the nails done elsewhere and she was kind enough to do infill for free. No infills were ever done 🤣. Absolutely pathetic service in more ways than one. After 11 years of being a loyal customer, I will never go back.
They have declined so badly over the last few years and the nails were getting worse every time we went. Will be glad when someone else takes over.

Got my nails done today and the ladies were lovely! the environment was so welcoming, Evelyn’s (if thats spelt right) attitude and presence in the salon was awesome. My nails look amazing, the price felt fair and i felt cared for by every technician i came into contact with.
If i weren’t travelling i would make this salon my regular

The price is ridiculous. My nails turned out nice but certainly not $145 worth. I didn't even get anything fancy just short round nails with a bit of a easy pattern, and now after getting home with further inspection the product was not spread all the way across the nail (spots on the side of some nails not filled all the way). I hope they last me until end of next week for the wedding I got them done for and don't lift. 😬

The appointment was not under my name, as someone else booked the appointment for herself and me.

Terrible customer service, refused to take nail voucher as it was “too old” despite having no expiration date. When requested simple design, nail tech was unable to provide as it was something they “could not do”. End result was unacceptable leaving me paying for crooked and uneven nails. Overall very disappointed, will never be returning.

Full set today .. not one bit of filing or shaping to my nails. They are so thick and already lifting! When I ask the owner lady that was doing them was she going to use the nail drill file to do edges and shape and file them down she says NO. Never in 20 yrs of fulltime nails has anyone ever put on a set and not use the nail drill to do all the edges and remove the thickness. Also the paint job was terrible with area missing even after I asked the lady to do another coat to try and fix them.
I even took this up with the male owner when phone and he didn’t care. Just asked for the $105 for these terrible nails and toes.
I will never return and advise others to be caution.
My usual nail Bar was closed and all others in town for Easter or I would have gone somewhere else to have them removed.

Not thorough at all with polish! Receptionist wasn’t nice and it felt super rushed. The nail polish is see through and was so messy. Wouldn’t recommend if looking for a good one! It was not worth $60 at all, my sister got acrylic nails and they were not even shaped at all.

I do not recommend this establishment if you are looking to get gorgeous nails you will not find that here. The nail technician I had was very rushed,did not shape my nails correctly. Non of my nails were straight she did not file down my nails after applying the acrylic.also when applying the tips to my nails she did not size them up witch in doing so resulting in her glueing all my finger tips to my nails
Once it was finally time to paint my nails I decided to change the design I wanted because I was not putting a intricate design on a pair of nails I was not happy with.
I went home and instantly got them removed
Also $80 was a rip off
Tanks to the manger who war trying to offer for then to fix my nails but due to the first results I wasing interested
Never going there again
