Right from the start, buying the spa to when it was installed Dan and the team were awesome. My wife and I have had our spa for 6 years. We have had not one problem with it.
The after care with Sam in the shop has been absolutely the best. Her knowledge and expertise and service is always great. If it’s in the shop face to face or over the phone it doesn’t matter Sam always looks after us and nothing is ever a problem.

From the time my wife and I brought the spa to when it was installed, it was the easiest process ever. Thanks Dan.
Then the after care with Sam in the show, if it’s in person or over the phone Sam is the greatest. Nothings has ever been a problem for her.

Great quality products and even better customer service. We bought our spa 5 years ago, we use it all the time and it still looks brand new. We had a minor issue with one of the seals and the guys at mySpa were onto it straight away, going above and beyond to make sure it was fixed. Every single part of the process was smooth sailing with them, they seem to genuinely care about their customers. Would highly recommend them to anyone thinking about installing a spa.

Not sure why I haven't reviewed earlier as hubby and I love our spa. It is like having a resort at home. We purchased it over 5 years ago and Samantha was very helpful during the sales process. Anytime we had a question... she was very helpful. We had a minor issue and even the Sales Manager from Sapphire came out to see what was happening. They are a great company to deal with and the spas are Australian made. Definitely recommend them.

Very helpful. I couldn't get the browser on my phone to send a message so I thought I'd phone and leave a message. Imagine my surprise on the phone being answered at 8 PM. Dennis couldn't have been more helpful and made a note for someone to be available for when we planned to visit.

When we got there, (hint, park around the back of the block right outside the unit), we were expected and given the course we needed: "spa ownership 101".

We had already decided from the lacklustre efforts of other manufacturers at the ICE "Home Show" that Sapphire Spas were the go-to manufacturer. "MySpaSydney" don't sell any other brand, so no wasted time there.

The upshot was that we came away with all our questions answered (including delivery and installation requirements) and the knowledge to let us buy not just the spa we want but the right style and heating / cleaning configurations for our needs.

Well done to "Dan the man" and the team. Greatly appreciated the help on our first steps to getting our spa.
