We have been here a few times when over in Parklands and enjoy this cafe for a little coffee and some lunch. Love their smashed avo and eggs and pretty good coffee there as well!
Check them out if you want to grab a toastie and a coffee quickly!

Weirdly rude service from the server. The atmosphere was dead silent, no smile when entering, seemed bothered by our request (just ordering coffees). Makes sense why it was deserted on a Sunday morning.

I have been here twice since new ownership, the food was quite nice, food handling is not hygienic, no gloves used while handling money and food. The food cabinet is very dirty looking, the tables are left for a long time after patrons have left with flys buzzing around them. The general appearance of the Cafe is dirty looking. I turned around and walked out last weekend after taking family there for a meal. I walk past here on a regular basis and always see table's left unattended after patrons have left.

Do not come here! No food and handling hygiene!!! I went in to have coffee with a client and sat adjacent to the register, where we could see inside their “kitchen”. I was observing the lady who I believe is also the owner that serves, makes coffee and makes the food all at the same time and her kid running around the cafe. However upon seeing her serve where she handles cash, she went to the back kitchen without washing her hands whatsoever and started to make some food order. Before handling the food I saw her wiped her nose with her left hand and proceeded to handle and cook the bacon. She then came back and made the coffee at the front again, without hand hygiene and served the coffee to us.
Upon drinking my coffee with disgust, she takes another order handling cash and then goes and takes the cake out of the display fridge in its container and took it to the back kitchen and took the cake out from its container USING HER HANDS!! No hand hygiene yet again 🤢🤢🤢 She also decided to wiped the plates and fork (to dry?) with her traditional Indian dress. I believe this place needs to be inspected because there is no way this cafe should be running under these conditions! The place is horrible, tables were dirty 🤢 please do yourself a favour and put your hard earned money elsewhere. These people should be ashamed of charging these good paying customers with such poor services/conditions.
Unfortunately I was with a client and I was not able to give this feedback personally, otherwise I would have done it with a passion. Yes, I had to eat and drink what I was served but I didn’t want to make my client upset as she’s offered it to me! This is unacceptable!!

The catered salads were great value for money and good quality. The coffee I had while I waited for my salads to be packed was great. Communication and friendliness was great. The cafe itself could use a refresh, and the catered platters weren’t to my liking. I would order again though, and will be back!

I've been to Myrtle's Cafe before it became Jo&Li Kebabs and found it quite plain. The ladies there serving were a bit impatient as well. But since it's changed hands, there's a massive improvement! The food is amazing!! The service is kind and with a smile and I'm absolutely in love with their snack packs. Best I've had around Caloundra! Tried the kebab pizza the other night and it was sooo good! I'll definitely be going back as soon as I can 😀
