I came to get my hair cut, washed and blow dried on Wednesday and walked out feeling amazing. As a first time mum with not enough time for self care, Mike took great care of me and I walked out feeling beautiful and so confident. After Check Reviews I Dont Wana Go And Ask Them To Do My Hair Cut -- Suddenly One Day While Shopping At Woolies I Saw AMIRI There And Asked Him What U Do Here -- He Said He Owned Now -- Straightway Next Morning I Went There And Did My Haircut Which Is Actually Due From Last 4 Months -- Without Asking He Did Whatever I Want -- He Is A Very Good - Once I Requested To All Those Who Gave Just 1 Star Pls Try Again Now --

The day before the Easter weekend I was booked in with Saane who was away. She has been doing my hair for 3 years and is excellent.. I was out with someone else, a young boy.
Jade who has seen me many times, did nothing to communicate with him. She was her usual rude and arrogant self.
The gentleman was rude, not interested in listening to me as the client, did my hair at the sink and expected me to have my head back in the sink for a good 15minutes. My hair colour was completely wrong, the cut horrible, and he didn’t even know how to dry curly hair. I literally burst into tears.
No one cared. There was no kindness, no empathy, just a horrible experience.
This place has now lost a really loyal customer.
I wish Saane would open her own business.

Worst worst service. HOPELESS. Wish I could rate negative. Man at the door seems to be owner have no smile, no Greetings, straight asked me why you didn’t came yesterday. I said I couldn’t make it but no one from your team called me either.
Come on, it was hair wash job and no one was curteous to call & check. The total shop was empty but was full of attitude and no respect.
He got me seated, I had to get the job done as was getting late but never coming back.

The guy who did my hair was nice though, I wish him good luck.

Wish we would have more options on Colebee. I normally never put wrong reviews but this one couldn’t resist to warn people.

Horrible customer service. I made an appointment the day before and went in for my appointment. I was 15 mins late due to unforeseen circumstances and when I got there the manager asked the girl that was supposed to do it and she disgustingly shook her head and said something in another language and then I was told they couldn’t have me because they started on the next customer. No follow up options, no alternative appointments or apologies, just a big fat no. I had loved the service of a different lady here before which is why I was so hurt by this incident today.
