I have been visiting My Space regularly for the past year since I discovered them. The premises are not visible from the street but once you enter the easily visible Vanity Court, it’s just a matter of heading up the stairs! I nearly gave up finding it on my first visit...but I’m so glad that I didn’t!
I have a variety of health issues that are partially relieved with a good massage. I was tired of visiting the big shopping centre massage shops & paying premium prices for an unsatisfactory massage, as the staff are, most often, unqualified & disinterested!
The rooms at My Space are very clean & quiet, which always help me to relax & enjoy my massage.
The staff at My Space have always been most courteous & friendly & I am never disappointed with the quality & attention of my massages. I do travel a little further to have my massages here but it’s well worth it, as their charges are substantially cheaper than any other massage shops that I have been to. I would highly recommend My Space to anyone that wants an excellent massage at a most affordable price. I know that I will continue to be a regular customer at their establishment.

Been here a couple of time after being very sore from work, katie works out the knots with amazing skill. Also has a great relaxing oil massage, Very warm and friendly staff.

I visited this place after having a look at google maps reviews. My visit yielded only disappointment to me. The massues who seem to be Incharge of the facility was quite busy in attending incoming customers and phone calls. They were quite unaware of basic massage techniques. Luckily i booked half and hour for $50. But it has no value for money.

If a business could receive more than 5 stars then My Space is the one. I have been a customer of theirs for a number of years to help me with my back and neck issues related to my work. From the moment I first arrived there the ambiance of the place is beautiful . I felt relaxed from the moment I arrived till i left. The staff are very professional and cater for my needs. What compelled me to write this review though is my most recent experience at My Space. Earlier this year I had a work place accident and broke my hip. I spent 4 days in hospital and had to do Phsio rehab at Monash health in Thomas st. Due to a nerve blocker in my leg (dead leg)they advised me to get massage on that leg to try and bring feeling back. I arrived at My Space on crutches and was helped in and back to my car after massage . I am now back to 100% which wouldn't have been possible without this business . I couldn't recommend them any higher and want to thank their staff for helping me. You have a customer for life. My Space please don't change as your place is perfect.

I tried to book in with this massage shop today. When I told them my name, and said I'd like to book in she refused my service. She said you called us 3 months ago and never turned up, "I'm sorry you're very unreliable". Unfortunately although I called through to this shop and tried to cancel and had no response from the shop when I tried to cancel. Left a message. I today was refused. I don't like to speak of personal issues on the internet, but this struck a certain nerve with me. I suffer from endometriosis at stage 4 and get random pain attacks which debilitate me when they happen. It's frustrating and unpredictable. Unfortunately this happened to be the case on that day. I tried to cancel and after I attempted a few times I gave up.
For this to bite me on the backside, I feel really sad. And being called unreliable sad. I've never met these people, I simply wanted a massage because of my pain in my back and saw the 5 star reviews on google. I can't damn the massage shop or masseurs because I was denied the service. The 1 star rating is purely based on the fact I was judged, without being given a second chance. They must be earning enough money have the power to refuse the service.
Feeling disappointed. I understand they have a business to run but I did all I could. I called and tried to cancel the service due to pain and due to the fact whoever was answering the phones that day, missed my call of something happened or they forgot that, that happened who knows.
