The staff were very friendly and the price was on par with anywhere else doing the same thing but it was a very small store and they were really busy. Each time I went to the store they said come back in 10 minutes. You couldn't wait inside as there was no where to sit or stand. I came back after 10 minutes 3 times and then they had a chair free for me. The store wasn't very clean either and was a very small selection of colours to choose from. The utensils and other equipment did seem clean and sufficiently maintained. Overall though my nails did look lovely and neat when they were done.

Unprofessional, unqualified and unsanitary.
They filed down my natural nail with a used file and tried to rip the acrylic off my nail with a tip when I asked them to remove them. I am completely shocked with the way things are run there. Would not recommend.
