I've modified my review to five stars, it appears they have some lovely reception staff working there now. The doctors are also great but some of them don't stay longer than a couple of years.

Never had a problem before. But the last visit was an hr and a half wait. I had the GP ask me if another patient could go first... infront of the other patient. I suffer from social anxiety. To put me on the spotlight like that in the waiting room was wrong. Then to have my feelings on the matter minimised and pushed aside by both the GP and Reception. No feedback options given. Would not recommend. Even I don't want to go back.

Unnecessary rude service from office lady this morning, lady with curly hair and grey mask. She got frustrated very quickly when I couldn’t hear her. Explained that I wore hearing aids and she was very hostile. Not friendly whatsoever. Disappointing as Dr Moe is great.

Receptionist and staff not wearing masks but refused entry to patients who aren't wearing one? Covid must to, like Murphy St Medical discriminate and only go for patients but not the arrogant receptionist behind the counter? I was told to put a mask on my 6 year old son or we couldn't come in, we had to sit outside like animals as I refused to put a mask on my CHILD. What disgusting, horrendously discriminative behaviour!

Up until recently was very happy with this practice. Now, since a pile of new reception staff, it has become very impersonal and at times down right rude. No problems with the dr's, just who they choose as their public face

Please explain? No receptionist wearing face masks, no nurses wearing face masks, no doctors wearing face masks, no mask mandate by government, but for some reason its policy (Dec 2021) that people attending and waiting in the waiting room must wear a face mask. Why? Not one staff member wearing one but all the people attending, even aftet checking they dont have flu like symptoms, havent travelled, or been around anyone with covid must wear a mask. This world is crazy.

Dr is great, reception have a bad attitude and dont care to help patients. Im sure they have some good ones too, but it is far outweighed by the rude unhelpful ones.
