What a wonderful place to stay! And Karen the hostess was an absolute dream! She was so helpful, and has a wonderful laid back attitude that makes this place so good to stay! We want to thank Karen SO much for a wonderful visit!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Spectacular and generous place to stay. The gracious host, is a wonderful human being that offer everything you need to relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday/business or just if you’re in between destinations time. ||Rooms and spared bathroom are stunning and clean, if you forget soap, hairspray or moisturiser, there are a range of available items to assist.||Lots of areas to relax, read or with the excellent fast wifi contact friends & family. The dining area offers an abundance in nourishments for a beautiful breakfast ☕️🫖🍌🍞🥣🍯🥛. Lots of cereal options and jams/ spreadable to make your start to the magnificent.||Parking 🅿️ available is your driving, walking distance to an incredible beach & pub for well priced meals, as well as the fabulous pool with the perfect sunset 🌅 view. Very low-price for the experience.||Thank you, thank you, thank you for accommodating me twice now and I look forward to my next visit to WA, Mullaloo.

Absolutely worth recommending. Large, clean room with a bathroom and access to the kitchen. Close to the ocean, close to a shop open 24 hours a day. Very friendly owner Karen. She was at our every request and at the same time gave us complete privacy. It was wonderful to feel the atmosphere of Australia.

With this b&b, anyone who wants a cozy, comfortable and clean accommodation will find exactly what they are looking for. the hostess is an incredibly friendly and caring person with whom you can have great conversations, but who of course also guarantees you the privacy you want in such an accommodation.
There is a breakfast area where you can always find something to satisfy your hunger, and you can also use the kitchen utensils and appliances as long as you clean up after yourself.
Each room has its own fridge and there is also a communal fridge in the breakfast area, which is always stocked with snacks.
The beach is within easy walking distance and invites you to take a long walk. However, if you prefer to see a little more greenery, there are also beautiful parks nearby as well as a public tennis court for everyone to play on.
An absolute recommendation for those who want to have a quiet time away from the very busy center of Perth.

Lovely place to stay in northern Perth suburb. Close to beach for enjoyable walks. Very comfortable, spacious room with ensuite - bath, shower over bath, basin, toilet and roomy cupboards in ensuite and bedroom. Coffee, tea making facilities and fridge provided in the room. Karen and Joe are wonderful hosts, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfasts were personalised to suit our needs and the entire house is immaculately clean, neat, and tidy. great pool and outdoor area - but a bit chilly for a winter swim

It was in a great position ,near the beautiful beach and lovely restaurant near the house ,we were upgraded to the en-suite room ,which was absolutely amazing, plenty choice with the
Breakfast, it felt like a home from home experience to myself and husband.
We certainly will be back ,and can’t recommend it enough, easy transport to Perth .
We can’t praise the host Karen enough. She was so helpful in every way ,even picking us
Up from the Airport and back again when leaving.
Thanks for everything Karen ,see you again .
