Located on Junction Road just next to Eagle Junction Railway Station.

Had a bit of time until my connecting train was due.

Lovely looking little Café with a selection of sweet and savoury treats as well as Coffee and Tea.

Had a large Chai Latte.

The service was very friendly and it was made in good time, (I’d say they are Very used to Rushing Commuters).

The Chai Latte was really nice too.

Cute coffee shop with a welcoming staff and excellent lattes. Even though I went for a quick take away coffee, the place had good vibes and everything was well presented. It seemed they had wide range of food options and the prices are reasonable. I will be back if I’m around the neighbourhood!

Update: they now have new range of delicious treats! We had the cheese empanada today and it was beyond yum. The pineapple sauce matched the saltiness of the gooey filling perfectly.

Coffee is always perfect every time and their quick brekkie options are all delicious. The staff are so sweet and welcoming. It’s such a treat to have this as our local.

Mugmates might be small but it is an absolutely wonderful spot. The food, atmosphere and service is exceptional. I love that they serve traditional breakfast favourites as well as some cool South American classics. I really want to try the energy drink I’ve never seen before that they have for sale but it’s hard to go past their coffee.

One of the best few local baristas that are CONSISTENTLY spectacular.. every. single. time. It’s been a year and I am hooked. I can’t think of wanting to go anywhere else for my coffee. It’s just an added bonus that all the staff members are the friendliest bunch to be around also.

Quick stop right on the side of Eagle Junction station.

Had an amazing iced dirty chai with that incredible touch of cinnamon whilst appreciating a well prepped vegetarian breakfast. Crunchy spinach & ricotta danish!

Definitely stopping by again next weekend!

I went down the road to the eagle Junction set of shops, where I got some Mexican (clayfield cantina, highly recommended) but I then felt like a coffee, and found this little gem! Nice small coffee shop set up facing the road, with some great breaky/lunch options I'll need to try next time! As for the coffee it was great! If your getting off the train at EJ and need a coffee, check this place out!
