I ordered a cappuccino and a blueberry muffin. The cappuccino was wonderful. However, the blueberry muffin tasted old; it was a bit cold and crumbly. There wasn’t a lot of blueberries inside the muffin too. Would go back for the drinks but not for the muffins maybe.

Poor Barista left to make drinks and serve them to customers at the tables while 2 staff are talking and playing on phones.
Wait time was long and coffee was cold when it eventually arrived at the table.

I ask for hot coffee and it come back warm not good and they keep stuffing up with orders not going.back.

While waiting to order, my husband sat at the only empty table. He was then told by staff that he had to move because the person ordering before me needed somewhere to sit. He was also told to come back in 10 mins, which we didn't think was good enough. We'd made a special trip because we were keen to try the coffee & food as it seems to be a popular place. We left to get coffee elsewhere & we will not be returning.

Found a table was told can't sit before ordering. I have a mobility aid and needed to find somewhere that it would fit without disrupting other customers. Was told to order then find seat part of seating was also roped off they said because only 2 staff on.
If we order and can't sit what happens. They lost our patronage 😞😞😞
