Rude staff who were disrespectful. Not only were the staff attitudes and body language disgusting, the place itself was also unhygienic. Dirty tables and floors. What a shame, this used to be a decent establishment and a “go to” when I’d visit Castle Plaza. Now I wouldn’t return even if they paid ME…. Pathetic

Price wise, customer service was OK, friendly, the Asian girl with the short hair served us very well. She cleaned and sanitized the table right after the customers left the premis. Hot chocolate Amazing, the coffee was great, muffins average. Ordered double chocolate muffin hardly taste chocolate or find chocolate chips in it. For a cafe which sells Muffins as their mains should meet the basic expectation of how the muffin should taste or look like. The muffin a bit mushy, and look so big on display, but actully small (look big from the top of the muffin-see photos). Overall good experience.

I loved going here for the Staff were really nice, now though the price of coffee is totally absurd and the lack of choices for food is bad.
There are 3 other choices in the Castle Plaza all cheaper than the muffin shop with a lot more choices of food.
I wish you luck, now though when I walk past there are very few people that go there any more. I won't be, that is for sure

Had a nice iced coffee on a hot day. Muffins are moist. And you get a free muffin on your bday with as long as you have a member card.

Food and coffee aint bad but these guys really need to know how to wash dishes. Finished my iced coffee and founded that some good was still stuck to my spoon. Didn't bother saying anything as i know it won't do anything but just be aware when you go here.

Hopfully I don't get sick off that.

Upset Stomach After Coffee Visit

We visited just before closing and ordered three coffees – a large cappuccino, a small latte, and a babycino. Unfortunately, after drinking the cappuccino and latte, we all experienced upset stomachs and vomiting. The staff used the last bit of milk from one bottle for the coffees, but opened a new bottle for the babycino, and the person who had that hasn't shown any symptoms so far. I believe the issue stemmed from the milk used for the coffees. This was an unpleasant experience, and I hope it was just an isolated incident.

the workers forgot half of my order, and were hard to communicate with, they microwave the food instead of keeping it in a heater, and do not ask if you want it heated or fresh, the food and coffee was nice though
