Waited for 5 mins watching the girl make coffee's for another customer. I then tried to order two coffee's only to be told "I'm done making coffee for the day". Great customer service there - not.

Awful customer service!!! To be greeted with “what do you want” is atrocious and then to say “here” to collect my coffee. Wow, at first I thought maybe she’s just having a bad day but no, it’s the same service from that girl no matter what. Avoid Muffin break at canelands, you will get better coffee and much better service anywhere else.

Orders a sausage roll and waited for 30minutes with the buzzer and it never went off I had to ask about my food. And they said they forgot. Not happy about my experience Expessially when I’ve got other things I need to do not standing and waiting for a sausage roll.

I always enjoy the muffins from muffin break. I recently ordered a coffee from here too and was pleasantly surprised. I’m not a huge coffee drinker but the latte was delicious. It was the perfect temperature and not too strong. I really enjoyed it. The pricing is reasonable and the customer service was nice. Thanks!

What a fantastic and enthusiastic team. Each and everytime I visit I am welcomed like family and I leave feeling positive. It is a great way to start the day. The coffee and accompanying food is always fresh and delicious. Well done Muffin Break.
