We stayed just recently (December 2024). My parents also booked a room as well.
We were very thankful to the front desk staff. Veronica had advised us that we may not be able to stay the full week like my parents (as they were fully booked), but she was able to fit us in very last minute!
House keeping were very professional and polite. They came in and serviced our room while we were in there. Everything was replenished everyday.
DOWN SIDE ONLY! due to the apartments being slightly old, the WIFI wasn't able to work or have any signal at all.
Pool was cleaned everyday!
When my family stay from over seas again, we will be booking here.
Thank you to all your staff!

Good value for money. Very clean. Some rooms dated. Good location for taking the bus to the city. Take advantage of the minibus that goes to Hotel Monier in the evening. Great food.

Stayed there for 2 weeks : when complained about air conditioner not working, a homeless looking guy who said his name was Thomas, knocked just once and barged into my room and gave me an ultimatum to move to another room right away, he said he was the General Manager but, he was dressed in a shabby shorts and dirty tshirt and when said I was unable to wind up my things and move immediately to another room, he threatened to throw me out of the hotel, said if I don't like it come to the reception and I can check you out right now, made some racist comments about the way I speak, almost came up close as if he was going to get violent and hit me, eventually I told him, he can leave the room and no need to do any thing about the air conditioner not working, but he continued ranting some bad things about me being a worst guest, I really think he was under some kind of influence or hung over from last night.
Before leaving the room he again got into my face and threatened me that I can complain to who ever I want about him, it won't matter as he is the GM and the final word in that establishment.
Slammed both the doors as hard as he could and went away.
Kindly provide me with contact numbers and email addresses of higher authorities in your hotel so that I could get in touch with them and let them know how bad this was.
I had a future booking for 7th to 10th Jan which I have canceled for the above reason.
This was my first visit to Australia and I am going back with a very unpleasant opinion about your hotel and your country.
If I don't hear back from you I will believe that your hotel employees do what this man did on a regular basis and you don't want to do anything about it.

If you are wanting to stay in Centenary suburbs this place is a definite go to. Although decor is a bit dated in some rooms, ALL rooms are substantial in size (we are often in a "family" room which has at least a queen & single in the bedroom with a small tele) separate kitchen, separate bathroom and large lounge/dining room. Mt Ommaney shopping centre is literally across the road plus a myriad of eateries in Jindalee (2minutes), Seventeen Mile Rocks Rd, Sumner, West Lake etc... DFO at Jindalee and ease to City via Western Freeway OR Ipswich Road (be careful in and out of the City as tolls mount up quickly).
Service is exceptional and staff at Reception are excellent. Great place for a short stopover or regular drop-in!!

Fast 5min check over of a room I’ve ever done and it wasn’t good at all but I guess for a walk in booking for one night at $160 you get what you paid for.
hotel room just ain’t fast enough to be cleaned and receptionist ain’t fast enough to refund money back.

Pretty good accommodation for our needs. Rooms were clean, water pressure was good, and the check-in/check-out process was super easy.

I love this place, rooms have a lounge area with TV and a kitchen space to make your own cooked meal. High quality rooms with a veranda to enjoy sitting outside if you wish. Plenty of parking spaces for cars set up close to your room and undercover. Some need air-conditioning upgrade and last room had pitiful shower pressure but still an enjoyable stay.

We’ve been here twice now and had great stays both times. They have welcomed us after hours with no issues. All rooms vary. Our one bedroom apartment is huge! Has a great kitchen, decent bathroom (showerheads could do with an upgrade), decent beds and it’s all clean and tidy. The added laundry next door is a bonus. Will stay here again. It’s a great motel when you’re on the road.
