Had my nails done by one of the men. I asked for almond french tips with the blue and this is what I received. When i politely asked for my nails to be a little bit sharper he complained to his coworker in his own language. The nail application burned and my nails are uneven. i’m super disappointed to say the least.

Walked in 4 staff members standing about 2 of whom were at the desk and I asked if I could possibly get an infill, they just nodded to the chair for me to sit in, no customer service. Had 2 men do my nails both weee extremely rough, burning me with the file multiple times. Didn’t speak to me once. Extremely messy snd careless about application, I have acrylic everywhere. When you tense up in pain they just tell you to relax. Meanwhile they are ripping your skin from where it’s stuck to acrylic, bending your fingers in every which way, burning you with the file. I could barely sit still.

Only went here as my usual lady isn’t available and I’m absolutely appalled at how anyone can not only be so careless but cause so much pain during a service. All of the rushing during the service and it still took the same amount of time as my normal nail tech who is so gentle and kind.

I genuinely don’t understand how these people are still open. Would not recommend to anyone.

Oh My God. The lady who was doing my nails seemed extremely angry. There was no customer service at all. I asked for a round shaped nails but she didn’t know how to give round shape. When I asked her to make them round again she was very rude with me and said ‘ This is round only’. She wasn’t ready to listen at all. And she literally burned my cuticles, like very roughly she was doing it. The nailpaint was all over my toes, she didn’t know how to put the nail paint also. It spreaded all over my cuticles. I don’t know why people even go to them.
It was honestly one of the worst experiences I ever had. I wish I have read the reviews before going there. It was a literal waste of $70 which she took.

I am definitely not going back.

Very bad experience as I my toe nails were literally bleeding and the lady was scared to touch my finger nails when I asked to tidy up my nails she said she don’t want bleed again. As I even didn’t react anything just to feel her comfortable. Wasn’t confident enough to handle the situation.
Definitely not going back again.

The person that done my nails was rough and they put a few on that weren’t straight and I’ve had them done for at least almost 3 weeks and they still hurt and they feel like they are going to come off when I do something

It is a family business, and they are Vietnamese, which will give you a Vietnamese service...absolutely wasted my money for a $70 french SNS and the staff lady left me for half an hour because she had to pick up her own business phone call during the service. So, I wasted my $ and time 🙂

I have been here three times thinking these might just be once off incidents. Every time they have been absolutely rude, mainly the older man. Always rushed and don’t listen to what you ask for originally , cut multiple times. I actually got burnt multiple times from the heat of the electric filing tool being used on my nail when removing my gel polish. Definitely will not go back again.
