I love the energy and endless support provided during the gym classes at MOVE HQ. The recovery areas are great to reset and relax. My favourite small detail of MOVE HQ is the cold scented towels that are handed out after gym classes. Highly recommend!!

I moved over from Western Australia nearly 6 years ago and after trialling many gyms on the Gold Coast, Move has been the first gym that has finally felt like a family to me. What Move has to offer is genuinely unmatched. They have functional classes, pilates, yoga and recovery, being a one stop shop. The trainers are absolutely amazing, they genuinely care about you and your wellbeing. Move is worth every cent you invest because the reward of a healthy gym space, mental clarity and physical growth makes it so worth it!

Move HQ have been my saviour after having a baby and getting back into the gym! They have a creche with a range of times throughout the week and the friendliest staff! They have so many class options to choose from + the gym which you can usually have to yourself! Not forgetting the ice bath, compression & infrared sauna, I feel like I’ve had a spa day when I use these! To top it off they now even have a new Reformer Pilates infrared room! Couldn’t recommend enough!

Move is hands down the best gym I’ve ever trained at. The facilities are modern, impeccably designed, and create an inspiring environment for any workout. The recovery zone is a standout feature, with a sauna and ice baths that make post-session recovery feel like a luxury.

What a wonderful, supportive and inclusive place to move and just be!

Not your typical gym - here you’re encouraged to find reason behind your movement and are well supported to do so.

From group classes, open gym, PT, new reformer room and ALL the recovery. Oh, and did I mention the creche - even when you’re doing recovery!!

You’ll find knowledgeable and welcoming staff, and community to boot!

We love Move HQ. A beautiful place and space where you can “move your way”!
The recovery center is amazing (it’s the iced tea in the infared sauna that does it for me). Plus a new pilates reformer room…. What’s not to love!
And customer service is on point - having reception staff is amazing! Emails are always promptly replied to and all face to face questions answered!
I’ve tried other GC gyms but Move HQ has my heart!

Well what can I say about Move I am so incredibly excited to be back in my happy place! I absolutely love everything from the amazing team who run the classes, the variety in choices of classes, the affordable packages on offer ( this is extremely important to me) the most gorgeous space with stunning aesthetics, the ambience makes you feel like your working out whilst on holidays in a spa resort 🏝️This is my workout dream and I’m so glad I have reconnected. With so many choices of exercise on offer like Infrared Pilates Reformer,Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Infrared Yoga, Mat Yoga, Gym Classes, Weight classes, Runnning club, you name it, Move has it, you will never be bored 😊
Also on offer Compression, Sauna, & Ice Bath sessions. I fit in 2-3 compression sessions per week and I feel absolutely fabulous after each one, I cannot recommend this highly enough! The best part is that I have unlimited compression sessions in my weekly package ! How amazing is that ! Move is definitely the best bubble of services in one beautiful space, with extremely competitive prices if not the best buck for your money on the GC 😁
