After one 90 minute massage with Sara the flare-up of pain in my shoulder and mid-back which I carried for weeks is nearly eliminated. The treatment space is soothing, clean, and professional, and Sara’s technique is great. While her style of massage is relaxing, that’s not to say it isn’t also remedial in nature — because she can really zero in on your problem spot and offer targeted relief to that area. I’m so pleased at how different my back feels after just one session that I plan to book in regular sessions as a maintenance / preventive measure ongoing. Thanks Sara 😊
