A great location for a stopover or short stay. Friendly staff in older style motel with lovely gardens and view. Rooms very clean, excellent shower, lovely towels and comfy bed. Pool clean and cool, bbq area available. Great arrangement with neighbouring RSL - order from take away menu and delivered fresh and hot in 30 minutes! About 4th stay here.

For the price point and value, 5 stars. Perfect place to stop off on a road trip. Walking distance to woollies and shops, RSL next door, beautiful views and board walk down below. Rooms were perfectly clean, sheets and towels were well laundered, quiet, good black out curtains and complimentary supplies. Would stay again!

Great stay, perfect location. All rooms look over the gorgeous view, staff are super helpful and the bbq spot is the perfect location to cook your dinner and enjoy the view. Large supermarket is walking distance and it’s a short walk to the waterfront. Hotel is clean and family rooms are awesome

We stayed in an upper level queen room. Super clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Thick, soft towels. Quiet air con. Comfortable armchairs for relaxing. Microwave and kitchen sink with crockery and cutlery provided. Nice bathroom. The shower has a raised section around the bottom preventing leaks, so you don’t step out onto a cold soggy towel. There is a wide ledge along one wall, giving plenty of room to have 2-3 suitcases laid open - very convenient. Super bonus is the beautiful view through trees to the river and ocean, from the full length glass sliding doors and balcony, with no buildings or car park in between, just a lawn below. It was lovely waking up to the sound of birds and a view of the sunrise. The price is amazingly reasonable for such a gorgeous spot.

We booked in here for a night as we wanted to stay longer in Nambucca, Opel was very accommodating and we stayed in an upstairs queen, the view was amazing, the room was clean and very spacious however some upgrades would go a long way.
We’d happily stay here again

Locally owned and operated and hosted by Opal. Opal was extremely helpful to our family during our 5 night stay.||The motel is a solid older style building with upper and ground floor rooms which are currently being renovated. The building being older and solid there was no disturbances from other guests. ||The rooms offer the usual amenities with free wifi, large screen TV, kettle, fresh milk, mini fridge, ceiling fans, air conditioning, microwave ,comfortable beds and pillows plus hot showers.||The location of the motel is fabulous perched high up overlooking the river below and out to Nambucca Heads.||The rooms open onto or overlook the manicured lawns and gardens. There are chairs on the verandah's and picnic benches to use on the lawns. There is a free BBQ area that has fabulous ocean and river views.||At night you can hear the ocean waves rumbling. The rooms have full security doors and screens and a window to open.||The pool was clean and well used by our family with plenty of towels provided. There is a pathway from the motel down to the river side walkway below the motel which is beautiful.||We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this little piece of paradise and would stay here again.||Whilst in Nambucca Heads do yourself a favour visit the V Wall Bistro for fabulous food and cold drinks.

Once again we had a wonderful few days at Motel Miramar - great location, amenities and a manager ( Opal is her name I think) who goes above & beyond to make staying here so enjoyable!! We always look forward to going back to this "happy place"

Motel Miramar was a lucky find after a big day driving. Our room was on lower level which gave us access to the beautiful garden. It was very clean, warm and comfortable. Really nice bed and linen. We walked next door to the RSL for dinner. Win win! We will definitely stay here if we’re travelling this way.
