I booked a 1 hour remedial massage and was sorely disappointed. The masseuse asked me what my focus was, I told them neck and shoulders. They then spent 50 minutes on my left glute and lower body. They seemed to lack either experience or effort as they barely hit any of the knots I had, instead alternating between poking me roughly and holding their hand on me with zero pressure. At one point they just held my neck loosely with one hand doing nothing and I saw/heard them on their phone. They also left the room several times for no apparent reason. Understandable they take payment upfront when this is the quality of service provided. Would not recommend, I came out more stressed than when I started.

I’d been waiting all week for this massage, as the last few weeks have been hugely stressful. I splashed out and got a couple different things.
Sadly my experience was the worst I’ve ever had. My masseuse left the room approximately 10 times during the massage. In the first half it was every 5-10mins to answer the phone and chat to other staff etc. Inside the room was like a nightmarish ASMR experience, with taps and clanking, loud water from the tap and loud footsteps, people walking past and talking at volume outside the door.
Firm doesn’t mean rough and the massage itself was just disjointed. The foot reflexology was terrible with the masseuses nails being dragged across the webbing between my toes.
Good plan taking payment up front, as I wouldn’t have paid.
I walked out really disappointed and honestly more stressed than when I entered and also annoyed that it cost me $140, I could have just gone to work got more stressed and at least got paid for it.
Needless to say I won’t be back.
I’ll just go back to Sangdaos Thai Massage in Morisset and keep declining the happy ending, as the rest is excellent.

Today i had an amazing deep tissue massage, i was greeted with a friendly smile, i paid and then was guided into a relaxing room with a heated massage bed and a wonderfully natural aroma in the room. My massage was incredible and back and shoulders feel so relieved and i can not wait to come back for my next massage ‍♀️ ?

Booked in for a remedial massage for 1 hr 15mins & when i went in the Ladies charged me an extra $10 for oil, which wasn't stated when i booked online, I timed my session & only ended up having 1hr 5mins. i wont be going back

I had my first massage at Sawadee today with Bow. Bow was AMAZING! Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Deep tissue massage was just what I needed, Bow managed to find all my hidden knots & pain areas and was able to release. Highly recommend!! Thank you again! ?

First time visit, very disappointed. Phoned ahead and Booked in for 30 min head neck shoulder massage. They were running 15 mins late. I was given back and shoulder massage and 15 mins later told “finish”. During my 15 min treatment time, she left to answer the phone. $50 for 10min massage!?! No wonder they want you to pay before treatment ?
