I have stayed here twice. It's a handy spot if you want to go to the Convention centre or see some art. Its clean and comfortable and the air conditioning a god send. The beds are comfy, the kitche has everything you need to make some basic meals. We've had lovely service from staff, on the last visit Monique took exceptional care of us. Will definitely return! No photos which was unusual for me.

“BE WARNED!!!”
Planned a holiday with my daughter to spend 9 nights here, stayed one night and checked out in the morning. When I booked I told them I would be arriving on an early morning flight and as long as we could store our luggage we could check in later in the day. Arrived to find office closed till 10am as it was a public holiday. Had to sit in hot sun outside until someone arrived, not impressed from the beginning. No communication. Apartment looked clean on arrival but soon found it absolutely filthy! Pressure of shower was non existent, dried blood on bed cover, utensils dirty, phone did not work, view was overlooking building roofs. Don’t waste your money, much nicer accommodation around Brisbane. Happy to have accommodation fully refunded and sorted quickly with the receptionist. So glad we changed, our next apartment was 100 times better and cheaper. I will definitely be reading reviews more thoroughly next time I am booking.

Nice apartments for the price. Staff were very friendly and we managed to check in a couple of hours early. Rooms have everything you need. Walking distance to West End, Southbank and South Brisbane train station. Would definitely stay here again.

As someone who has stayed in hotels all around the world, I can confidently say this is a terrible hotel. Avoid it at all costs, as it could ruin your entire vacation. The person working at the reception is extremely rude. We booked five rooms at this hotel for my wedding guests who came from abroad.

One of my friends, who had booked a room under their own name, was accused of insufficient cleanliness in their room as an excuse to extort more money. When my friend rightfully protested, they were threatened with the police.

When the police arrived, they confirmed that we were in the right and informed the hotel staff that they had no authority to touch any belongings in our rooms. The children were traumatized when they saw the police.

They thought they could intimidate us with threats of calling the police, assuming we were tourists. If you’re a tourist, do not choose this hotel just because it’s cheap. Even if you leave the room in proper condition, they will demand extra money. If you refuse to pay, they’ll threaten to call the police and extort your money. Trying to save money here will end up costing you more.

Don’t even bother dealing with the management. They are just as dismissive and, instead of apologizing for their mistakes, try to brush you off. We made the mistake of booking without reading other people’s reviews, but afterward, we realized that many others had similar issues.

This hotel is a complete regret—do not make the same mistake I did!

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was far from satisfactory. Despite having paid for our stay in advance and adhering to the hotel’s rules, we encountered significant issues. One of our rooms had a cleanliness problem, and when we raised our concerns, instead of resolving the matter professionally, the management threatened to evict us from the other three rooms we had booked.

This behavior was highly unprofessional and left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our stay. We expected better customer service and a more accommodating attitude, especially when the issue was within the hotel’s responsibility.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values respectful communication and professional service.

absolutely RANK. when i tell you the SMELL IS AWFUL. the entire room smelt like a toilet bowl. i wanted to throw up. we had to buy room spray in order to even WALK IN. FOUL. no fresh air so we’re basically suffocating. the bathrooms are disgustingly dirty and i couldn’t stop coughing or sneezing. this place feels so dirty

Good spot. Concierge ok. Apartment a little dirty. Had an urge to clean the shower and walls. But I didn't. Walking distance to everything needed.

We arrived in Brisbane for vacation very early in the morning after 27 hours of travel. They were very accommodating and allowed us access to the room early so we could shower and rest before heading into the city. The cleaning products they use definitely leave an odor, and as soon as I sat on the couch I started to sneeze (something aggravated my allergies!) The carpet and furniture could use a good deep cleaning or replacement and some of the bathroom fixtures were falling off. BUT, the beds were comfortable, the shower was good, and the balcony was nice. We were able to do a small load of laundry too. It was a convenient walk to the riverside restaurants, museum, shops and port. Decent price.
