My daughter & I came here for the 1st time today, ladies were so lovely, they were chatty, kind & did their very best to create the patterns we were looking for from a pictures. We were mostly happy with the outcome of our nails & hope they last a long time. Prices are pretty good too. We will definitely be back.

Very bad experience . Got skin tears from drilling on skin instead of nails which led to bleeding & swelling. The paint done is also not properly finished as can be seen in pics. Will never go back & I wish I won’t have visited.

I was shocked by your response, especially the offensive and racially charged remarks. Outright discriminatory. As a paying customer, I have every right to leave an honest review based on my experience—just as anyone else does—regardless of where I come from.

Additionally, the tears and scabbing you left on my fingers are still clearly visible after two days, which only raises concerns about the quality of work. How deep do you expect the cuts to be before they become noticeable? I’ve had my nails done more than 10 times if not more in Australia, and it’s clear from the pictures I provided that the work done at your salon does not compare to the quality I’ve received elsewhere. The difference is evident, and I’m not exaggerating.

While I understand your defensiveness, I will continue to reply to your comments because I believe future customers deserve to know the truth about my experience. If you’re so offended by constructive feedback, then perhaps you should reconsider how you interact with your clients.

Racism, no matter where it comes from, has no place in business. I expect to be treated with respect, not subjected to unnecessary and harmful comments.
