Great location and facilities. Large apartment at a very reasonable price. Beautiful views and very quiet. The pool was well maintained and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
Michael was a pleasure to deal with. My wife accidentally left some items in the room and Michael organised to get them back to us in West Australia. Thanks, I would definitely come back to stay.

My family & I loved our stay at Montville Holiday Apartments.
We booked the loft apartment which was spacious, clean & well designed.
The grounds were well maintained & picturesque, also the pool area.
Lovely location & very well priced.

Go elsewhere! Photos door not reflect how poorly this motel is maintained. Peeling paint, stained chairs, one mouldy towel rail for 6 people, a kitchen Reno where they’ve used vinyl floor tiles for the bench top, exposed outdoor PowerPoint next to the walkway.

Only enough seating/dishes for 4 but rented to our family of 6. Pool was very cloudy, poorly maintained & the land is very sloped with no decent fence so no ball games possible. The Mountain Views are lovely but minimal; definitely not visible from our “Mountain View apartment” (5). I reported the exposed PowerPoint to management as soon as we arrived, and nothing had been done by the time (to make it safe as least) we left the next morning.

We originally booked through booking.com (which got our occupancy breakdown wrong). I spoke to MHA directly and they advised it was easier to cancel the booking & rebook directly with them. They didn’t mention id be charged $55 MORE & they still got the occupancy wrong so we were one towel short.

When I spoke to management about the apartment not be equipped for 6 people, I got brushed off. When I rang shortly after to say we were checking out, he was nonplussed & unapologetic but thankfully just charged us for one night (even if it was not the original price quoted). We found somewhere last minute at Mooloolaba with an amazing rooftop pool instead.

Cold showers, dirty cups, manky towels that smell like they have been sitting wet in a washing machine, rotting floorboards and walls that could have been patched and painted any time in the last 20 years to make an improvement. The last time we stayed here was 20 years ago and nothing has been updated in the interim. The one air conditioner had a tough time coping with December, no way it is going to cope in the next few months. This place reeks of a cheap motel. They warn that you have to wash the dishes or incur a cleaning fine, however there is no dishwasher so wash everything first as the hot water is not hot and there is just a chux supplied.

We had such a lovely stay at Montville Holiday Apartments. The views were spectacular, apartment was kept very clean and the pool was a great bonus. It was so peaceful, we didn't even know anyone else was there until we saw all the cars! While the Apartment was a little outdated, for the price I really can't complain and it was reasonably equipped for cooking in. Owner was lovely and very helpful with anything we needed. Just a few minutes drive from Montville Village center which is lovely too. Would definitely go back for another weekend away.

Nothing fussy, but clean and everything you'd need. Basic full kitchen set up. No dishwasher. Small older fridge. Small TV but large variety of DVDs included.
Comfortable beds with fresh clean linen.
Peaceful surrounds. Fire wood provided for fireplace and any further wood available for purchase.
Easy, contactless check in, with a text message confirming the room is ready with the keys inside your room.
Upstairs rooms only have stair access but otherwise really hard to fault anything really. Would happily come and stay again. Thanks 👍

Such a great find and a fantastic location in Montville, only a few minutes walk to the Main street!
We had booked our room during Easter. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful during check in. The rooms were clean, well kept and quite large!
There are some standard power points near the parking area for EV charging, good wifi, and strong water pressure.
The view from the garden area is amazing! Nothing to complain about and would recommend this place to everyone. Will definitely be back.

Loved my stay, the pool was the perfect temperature despite the rainy weather, the air con kept us cool, the fireplace kept us warm, the fully equipped kitchen was very useful, the kids loved the loft (just don't bang your head on the beam!), shower was fantastic pressure and heat, views were lovely even when obscured by dramatic mist, lots of room in Apartment 4 and no staircase which was great for my dodgy knees. The BBQ was great, coffee machine was perfect, lots of seating both indoors and outdoors. Beds to sleep 7, and the main bedroom was private with its own ensuite. Gardens well kept and very picturesque. Office wasn't open all weekend which made it difficult to pay in person.
