It was my first time coming to Moranbah and I requested early check in with my family from Natalie at the front desk. Not only was she understanding of the situation, but was friendly and professional throughout, and got me the first available room to check in, hours before the official timing.

Great service, and really clean and tidy rooms.

We were not able to pre-book as we had not planned to stay at Moranbah. We turned up and were able to get a one-bedroom apartment. An early check-in was arranged which we greatly appreciated. The front office people are very efficient and exceedingly pleasant. The apartment is so very clean. The apartment is very large with the bedroom in a separate room. There is a large lounge, kitchen and the bedroom has an ensuite. The air conditioning is modern, efficient and quiet. Large, Clean, Modern, Private and Comfortable

I spent 2 nights here on business and was very happy with this accommodation. It's in a really great spot, my room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of room in the kitchen and living area. Plenty of free undercover parking. The check-in lady was fantastic, so helpful and happy. I'll stay here again.

Great one bedroom apartment with seperate bedroom. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry in the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The check in process was quick and informative, it was great to be welcomed in.

My partner Jude and I had a great experience staying at Direct Hotels for work. Sue was very accommodating along with her cute fur baby dog Mickey, who was also very accommodating by greeting us everytime we saw him. The rooms were always cleaned and neat whenever we came by and Sue was always there to provide us a room whenever we would come by early. Would recommend others to stay in this hotel, would be the best one in Moranbah! We definitely would come back to stay here next time 🙂

Stayed here for a work trip and was pleasantly surprised! Super clean and spacious 2-bedroom apartment which was walking distance to a supermarket and other shops. The reception staff were wonderful and friendly, going out of their way to meet our needs. Highly recomended!

I can’t speak highly enough of this wonderful hotel! At very short notice we needed somewhere to stay in Moranbah. The amazing ladies at the front desk found a room for myself, my husband and our baby to stay when the entire town seemed to be booked out and even offered a late check out when they weren’t sure if they could accommodate us for a second night. The customer service was absolutely above and beyond! The room itself was a self contained one-bedroom apartment which was well-appointed, clean, quiet, conveniently located, spacious and comfortable. We will not stay anywhere else in Moranbah after this experience. Thanks again for your help, from one very grateful family!
