The place is spacious with heaps of playing options, snacks and food is adequate but not great.
The play grounds are suitable for 2years- 10 in my opinion ( has a separate area for bowling and climbing plus arcade).
The place can do with a bit of cleaning, has toilets and heaps of seating areas for parents.
Prices might not be the most competitive for under 3 years old

I love this place my grandchildren just love coming here . They have so much fun running around and playing on all the different equipment suitable for all ages. The have a cafe where you can buy food and refreshments for the kids or a nice coffee for yourself to just relax whilst the kids are playing. The staff are really nice and there is always a staff member supervising the play area so the kids don’t get up to any mischief. Highly recommend.

It was our first time to try Monkey Mania at Prestons. We’ve been already to Bankstown, but Prestons is lot bigger with lots of activities to do including bowling. Very safe for the kids as they are well-equipped with safety features (including foam wrappings on posts).

The food is also worth the price. Their pizza and chips are good snacks while playing inside.

Lastly, the people are very accommodoting if you approach them for assistance.

Loved 4 in one play area with rock climbing, bowling alley, gaming arcade, and kids play area! 40 degrees only kids play area was nicely air conditioned.. others 3 area steaming hot!!
Had 5 year old stuck on the climbing area.. and all staff members help her out . Specially the lady staff at the end !! She was brilliant to help her out of the misery!! Well done 👏🏻

Can accompany large number of people !!

Review for Monkey Mania:
I had a very disappointing experience at Monkey Mania. The place is extremely crowded and very dirty. Staff members do not properly monitor or maintain cleanliness, especially in the baby area, which is very small and lacks appropriate toys for young children. Parents walk into the play areas with shoes on and without socks, and there is no supervision from the staff to enforce any hygiene rules.
The entire place feels disorganized and messy, with dirty floors under the tables and poor overall maintenance.
Considering the high price they charge, the experience is not worth it at all. There are other play centers nearby that are much cleaner, better maintained, and even more affordable. Unfortunately, this was the worst play center we have visited.
My three-year-old did not enjoy playing there, and we will not be returning. I do not recommend this place to other families.

We hired Monkey Mania Preston’s after hours for our son’s 5th birthday party. From the booking process to the completion of event clean up staff were extremely professional and beyond helpful. We felt like we had extra family members there helping us with everything! Highly recommend!

My kids love to come here. It’s big, well maintained. It has a section for little kids and 4 birthday party rooms. Around the main play area it is always supervised by staff. And you need a guardian to accompany your kid(s). Best to buy annual membership and your 5th visit will be free unless they change the terms. There is a mini soccer ground too. Remember to bring the socks. Highly recommended.

Usually don't post reviews as I feel bad but I feel people need to be aware before booking a party here. Had my daughters 5th here on the public holiday Monday. They were aware that there would be 16 children attending. Our kids were waiting around and kept asking for a drink 2 jugs was not enough and because the party coordinator was doing the food she didn't have time to refill the drinks. All the food we pre ordered before the day even for our adults was not fresh at all and tasted like they were reheated. Even the kids said the pizzas were cold and dry. The only food that was fresh were the food I ordered on the day. Even the jugs of drinks we waited 30 mins for and I understand it's a public holiday and you are busy but need to provide more staff if you are also having 3 parties going at the same time.
