Interesting place to see. Concept is great as is the set up. Good good & plenty of places to eat. Ferry out is fun also. Staff are very attentive.

But I guess that kind of art is not for me ... still enjoyed it & must see when in Hobart's

Art didn't do it for me but the engineering of this place is incredible. Definitely worth a visit and the ferry rides.
Took a 5 year old. Art was a bit dark for her but she had fun outside and of course on the boats.
Well worth a visit if your in Hobart.

The location and architecture is amazing! That's where this positivity stops. I felt like I was walking through an insane asylum with the 'artwork' created by the inmates. But if that was the intention, congratulations! It really makes me feel sorry for the incredibly talented artists out there that don't have such a venue to show their work to the public.

This is a very interesting place to visit, some may say controversial but interesting never the less. It is well laid out inside and allow yourself an hour or so to have a look around inside.
The outside area is well designed with grass areas and a play area for the kids, there is also a stage for live entertainment. The food and drinks are good.
Staff are friendly and helpful, service is good.
Would recommend going for a look.

The galleries themselves are a work of art. The collection is both varied and interesting. Beautifully curated and presented. Although busy it was still possible, with a little patience, to view everything. The app provides more than enough insite for a deep dive into every piece, including both written and recorded information.

Such a wide range of artworks aimed at sparking conversation and provoking deeply serious thought about current and historical perceptions of the world. Food options were excellent and tasty. Spent about 5 hours in the museum at a reasonable pace - we could have taken longer.

Interesting place.. architecturally superb. The staff were very helpful

The art is unique.. when they say one of the rooms is "adult content", they really do mean it!!
Even with the app to guide you, you aren't completely 100% sure you've seen it all
Parking available, more than I expected if you don't want to pay for the boat
Food in the cafe is well prepared, good variety.

As a performer and visitor of this venue of many years. This venue is always a pleasure to return to. Exceptional attention to details across the entire property. It is beautifully designed. Accessibility/disability friendly, child friendly with warm accommodating staff. Food and beverages are thoughtfully selected and reflect the island's local producers. Showcasing local, sustainable produce. The atmosphere is excellent, diverse and suitable for all occasions and clientele. Highly recommended. A total joy.
