Great location on the edge of town. New pool, positioned really well in the park and a thankful addition considering how hot it was while we were there. Great staff. Slightly older amenities in good condition and very clean. Nice big sites, especially the grass sites, they were great, had been a while since we had seen grass so the dog really loved it. Dog friendly!

Highly recommend Mitchell Caravan Park at Bourke! We had a great stay there, on a powered site in August 2024. The park is very clean and well kept, with wide open grassed areas and shady trees. The staff were very helpful, and definitely went the extra mile. The location was great, and very central to the local points of interest.

What a great caravan park - made all that much better by the beautiful old Bottle Trees around the perimeter of the park. The gardens were well tended and refreshing to see lovely watered green grass - and the bird aviary was a highlight. They are building a lovely new swimming pool which will make the park even more attractive to stay at.

Great caravan park to base ourselves to check out Bourke & beyond. Friendly, helpful staff across the board, who work hard to keep the site clean & well maintained. New pool operation is apparently held up by council but hopefully that problem will be addressed sooner, rather than later. Loved the birds, in & out of the aviary.

Lovely park, great amenities, and camp kitchen. We'll patrolled bynloxal establishment. Pool being upgraded as we were there and a lovely area if you have children to play and watch some birds in the Avery. People were all friendly, ladies in office welcoming and very helpful. Would visit there again if in Bourke.

Thought we were here for one night, blew out to 4 nights due to a breakdown. Great park, but even better hosts, with Judy, Leanne and Vaughan offering any assistance necessary as we continued to extend whilst waiting for a small part to be shipped.

The evening central fire pit is a wealth of information sharing and community.

Great stay, and the new pool was yet to open so it will be even better shortly. Well worth a stop.

Fantastic tidy park, great spotlessly clean amenities, beautiful garden areas and very friendly staff. The new owner/managers are doing a fabulous job with the park, the new outdoor furniture in the garden areas are great. Camp kitchen is very user friendly.Loved our stay here, would highly recommend.

We had 1 cabin, plus 2 powered sites for 5 adults. Staff were very friendly, they are trying hard to modernise & lift the ratings to this small park. We wish them all the best.|Our cabin was quite small, needs replacing altogether, as had an exterior ensuite. We stayed for 2 nights, which we all enjoyed. Great campfire at Happy Hour time
