We had a great experience here today. My husband and I didn’t book but were taken as a walk in for pedicures and we were so well looked after. We didn’t feel like a number and the ladies didn’t rush. Their service was so kind and friendly and we both agreed it was the best foot massage we have had during a pedicure. We will definitely visit again on our next holiday.

Best nail salon in Coolum. I have been going to them for years and have never had any issues. My acrylic nails can last me 2 months without falling off and have limited damage to my natural nails. The prices are much more affordable and your nails are always done with quality and pride. The staff always greet you with a smile, and the owner knows many of her customers by name. Out of the countless times i've been i've never had a nail that hasn't been shaped perfectly. They always try their best to fit you in as soon as possible. I will never go elsewhere for my nails, and will be visiting soon to get an acrylic manicure and a pedicure for my graduation.

Writing negative reviews is not something I like to do but in this instance I feel like it is needed. I have been to this place a few times and was very happy with the service and also with the vibe (very nice behaving and positive ladies working there)… There are not many options around Coolum and so I felt lucky to have found THE RIGH nail salon. Unfortunately, 3 weeks ago when I had my regular SNS done, it started cracking and falling off after a few days and exposing my fragile natural nails. It was a holiday season so I couldnt come straight away but I returned to the salon when I could and showed them my nails, asking about what could be done. Of course at that time it was alteady quite bad…I have been using SNS for a few years now and this has never happend to me, SNS can last beautifully for weeks, that is why it is more expensive. The lady told me that the SNS manicure cracked because of the way I was using my hands and she can remove it for an extra cost. I do not believe this was a way to keep me as a customer and I am very sad to be looking for another salon now because I do not want to waste my money for a service which does not last for more than a week. I love miss saigon this is the only place in town that my acrylic nails can last 4 weeks. Usually I have to get them done once a fortnight. If you want the best nails in town go to miss Saigon always great service and quality in everything they do

Even if you book this place will make you wait 30-40 minutes with no apology. The person that did my pedicure was so, so slow and I had to ask her to do steps she was missing. The place is cluttered with hairdressing sinks and chairs. The girl who did my Mum’s pedicure did a good job and put effort in. Still a very disappointing experience. Coolum needs more competition.

They did not honour my 9am booking that I pre booked. I walked out after waiting 35 minutes. They displayed a " tourists don't matter" attitude. Their loss as I get my nails done fortnightly and I'm in the area for a while. I had my nails done at the opposition.
