Fabulous low key Greek cafe with top quality food, down to earth friendly service. Their take home meals are amazing. Save yourself the trouble, grab a couple instead of supermarket rubbish, you’ll be transported back to yiayia’s kitchen in no time!

We have loved Miss Effie’s food ever since she started selling her lasagnes at Little Lambs a few years ago. Now we can buy these meals from her cafe and they’re amazing!! I also come here for the best take away Almond milk chai and a salad or sandwich for lunch. I love all the amazing staff and friendly service 🤩

So disappointing.
Had read the 5* reviews and came here hopeful for decent food and coffee while we waited for a friend had appt at local medical specialist in the complex.
But typical of Sunshine Coast they shut at 2.00pm.
Really? The place was busy as there are so many medical clinics in the complex. Others we saw as we walked away were also disappointed.
The girl was so busy putting away the tables and chairs so she could leave at 2, she couldn't serve a coffee, or anything else just before closing time. She suggested we go to the 7/11 up the road. Not very helpful for non-locals. Won't bother returning.

This is my favorite cafe, I have tasted many of their Greek creations, have my 3 egg mushroom omelette every morning and of course my awesome coffee. The service is always amazing and the ambience is fresh, friendly and family. Love your work ladies and highly recommend the food . 🤤

Amazing, I've eaten here countless times, whenever I'm in Noosa. The gluten free range is incredible, try the pastries especially the spanakopita (I recommend with the Greek salad). But coffee etc is also good, such a nice vibe.

Great chicken snitzel wrap!
Made fast, good value and nice atmosphere. Easy to find the place just off the main road.
