Ministry was a fantastic find. We kept it simple. The coffee was very good with a deep rich flavour (ask for 'volcanic' if you like extra hot milk). The rest of the menu has some nice finds I want to try out next time. Had the avocado on toast with a poached egg and I highly recommend their take on this - it was next level and far beyond the bland norm found eleswhere.

Wheelchair access, easy parking front and back, staff were awesome. Dogs welcome outside. Many local workers come in for their coffee fix which is always a good sign too.

If I could give 10 stars to this cafe I would. Had brekkie here this morning & it was SO GOOD. We both had the eggs benedict, gonna say one of the best Hollandaise I’ve ever had it was just perfect. Coffee was also fantastic but their baked goods stole the show. We had the exotic fruit tart and a Madeline - just delicious, a real gem with friendly staff also. 20/10

What a poor effort for breakfast no garnish. Or even trying too with a eye catching design with sauce. Hollandaise sauce was too vinegary no cracked pepper was offered. And you have the hide to charge $19.00

What a cool find in North Gosford. The Israeli Good Breakfast was delish (ask for poached eggs).
